It has been quite a while since Area 11 visit. Anderson fancied himself to visit some club to gamble in, much to his dismay, he's lost a quarter of his personal fortune. It was all forgotten due to the 'fun' he's had with the attendant of the airlines he's taking. Leaving love stains of all sorts. Perhaps implant a seed for his future? Either ways, he doesn't care. She was simply there to ease his troubled thoughts on losing. A refrain of sorts, but only this one is more carnal than memorable. It would be that he had to take care to clean himself up with the in-airplane shower and get himself a new set of 'noble's' clothing that he wears; the same attire that is most consistently red coat, and a white pants with a red outerline.
"Oh the joy." Thought, really simple one.
Helping himself out of the airplane, he makes his way through the California military base. He was rather unenthusiastic about his visit to a military base of all the places, then again, he neither cared for it. At the moment, he is aware of the fact that the Californian base is constructing new sorts of Knightmares and has a military run down at the moment. Along with a Pure blood rally. How eventful. Perhaps he should join those rallies, but only if he believes he has the time. He still has to reach Pendragon by taking another flight routed there -- looking at the military terminal, to his luck, he DOES have time. Meaning he'll have to spend his sweet merry time here going either to a rally, or perhaps polish on his sword fencing skills. All of this being thunked out whilst he takes a bite out of the beef jerky. His favourite, his addiction. One of the few times he cannot eat it should be when he's in the presence of someone notable, no one notable here is present at the moment.

Aden hated the California base it was more like it's existance made him irate at the millitary he served, but still he was on a plane coming in for a landing on airstrip B5. The fact that the Base was big was not really the problem for him Aden was fine with larger bases. The location was the problem, in military things location was very important location of troops, location of deterrents, and most important location of bases. To be frank this was a horrible location it was no where near the front lines of battle, yet most of the military was contracted here. Base in the infrastructure of a nation should be ran with minimal crew until they lose ground and that base becomes the front line. Of course the Britannians were not going to lose that much ground so it was point less. Aden knew that the only time in the last two hundred years that the heart of Britannia was hit was when the flying fortress, Damocles, dropped a FREIA warhead on the capitol city of Pendragon. California base could not do anything than and they could not stop it if it were to happen again.
Despite these frustrations Aden stepped out of the small puddle jumper of a plane him and 9 other ACE pilots were on. They were told that they were being brought here to pilot some new test frames that were just devolved, but something saying in the back of his mind was that they were being made here and not at the base in Texas that was for research and development. The mysteries that was the military both excited him, and irritated him. Their was a catch to them getting to pilot these Aden knew it, but he just could not figure out what it was. It was then when Aden noticed that he had been so caught up in his own thoughts that he lost the group. Looking around Aden only saw one man who was quite peculiar eating jerky. Embarrassed Aden ran up to the man. "Uh excuse me sir, do you know how to get to where the new Frame Models are at?" Aden was sure that he would not know they were probably top secret and this man looked to be a civilian.

An eyebrow raises at the question; "Uh excuse me sir, do you know how to get to where the new Frame Models are at?" What was he? A janitor? A direction informant? If anything, Phillippe was absolutely offended from this, but maybe he can play along, there can be an advantage to doing that... or not. As he remembers, there's a stark difference between him and that soldier that is talking to him. 1) Anderson directs the Geass Directorate, thus has executive privileges over the military in the form of an appointee commander, but knowledge in that field is quite lacking. 2) He's just a measly soldier, from his uniform, a Major no less, thus an inferior to him. 3) He appears to match some characteristics that would befit his experimentation of his theory, but he'll have to wait and see for now.
Taking another bite from the beef jerky, a vacant stare was focused at the Major who stood before him. "What do I care about new Knightmare models? If you want directions, don't bother asking me, Major, ask the Chief Science Officer Aloysius Drebbel. Then again, good luck on that." He scoffed, a last bite ensues for his all time favorite -- beef jerky, finishing it up that is before tossing it right into the bin, missing of course all due to the fact his eyesight isn't present. Either ways, he does not care about it. Janitors exist for a reason, and it's to clean up messes like that. Back to the Major, due to him having an interesting physiology, along with the fact he may have some potential, perhaps it's best to recruit him as a sleeper agent of the Geass Directorate.
"Tell me soldier... how interested are you in working for another branch of the military under my command? You'll still function as a normal soldier, and promotions are entirely up to your military superiors, but you'll have missions that'll involve great rewards in the form of riches." A proposition given out to the Malignent Major, now all he needs to do is to pull the string to unveil the purpose Anderson is going to give him, or leave it alone into obscurity.

The already embarrassed Aden became more disappointed and embarrassed when he noticed the expression that came across the mans face at first. It was apparent that Aden had made a fool of himself suddenly realizing that his guesses were right and this man knew nothing of the frames. "What do I care about new Knightmare models? If you want directions, don't bother asking me, Major, ask the Chief Science Officer Aloysius Drebbel. Then again, good luck on that." Said the strange man eating jerky. Aden had not thought about that before asking this stranger, but the idea sounded like a good one on the surface. The more Aden thought about it he knew that the truth was he could not do that Officer Drebble would not be here he would surely be at the base under his command in Texas. "Well i would ask him sir, but he is in Texas surely, and i am sorry for bothering you. I will be on my way now."
As Aden turned he heard the man speak again this time of a working for him in a branch of the government, but he would still be allowed to work in the normal ranks. Confused and dazed Aden tried to make sence of everything he knew that this guy was not speaking about the R & D department as he knew nothing of the frames. All other branches Aden could think of were separate from the military. Aden had become completely wrapped up in this mans offer, and he did not know the extent of it yet. Aden turned back around when he remembered the man said he ran it, but he did not look like he was even a part of the military.
"You must be joking Civilian there is no branches of the military that runs like you just mentioned. Now please i must be going i have to test those new frames in an moment, and although your offer is intriguing i know it is not real. I wonder though whats in it for you tricking me and all?" Aden didn't quite understand what he just said he was so confused right now, and he had two options the first was to walk away forgetting this happened. the second was too follow the rabbit hole no matter how deep it got. The discussion swayed on what the man said next.

Now please I must be going I have to test those new frames in a moment, and although your offer is intriguing I know it is not real. I wonder though what in it for you tricking me and all?" Chomp, chomp, chomp. He kept chewing on the beef jerky he took out just right now from his scarlet coat pocket. Arching that eyebrow of bafflement at the officer that stood before him. Civilian? Just what'd he look like to him? Some kind of a waiter? An innocent bystander? No... Phillippe lost his innocence a long time ago, and ever since, he's taken steps forward. Also, why is he going with the 'Noble Officer' talk with him? It isn't like there is any need to be formal and that whatnot. Doesn't matter, he can find others to work with besides him.
"Stop calling me a civilian damnit. You have no right to address me so, pauper, after all, I walk wherever I go. Either ways, it's your choice really, turn down the rewards and riches that awaits and continue your life as you would before. Ignorant. Blissful. Stupefied. Just as you were before, quite befitting of a soldier. It's a shame really that you had all of the potential, but alas, I don't stop for even those kind of people, only continue forward." A smug smirk forms on his lips, placing shades, covering his saphire eyes and shielding it from the harmful rays that the sun ever so hatefully blankets the Earth.
"Although, I am willing to give you a second chance, officer..." Queue; wait for Aden to give out his name and rank.

God this was so infuriating yet intriguing the man had not answered any of his questions only given him more questions. The man acted like Aden was wasting his potenial something his dad would say to him, ugh Aden now had some one else to prove his greatness to. Aden knew a mysterious offer might be the tool for leaving a mark, and the man did speak of money Aden could not turn down money. He had been cut off from his fathers fortune, so he needed to make his own.
"Although, I am willing to give you a second chance, officer..." the man said with pieces of jerky still stuck to his teeth. It was quite disturbing, but eh Aden overlooked it. "Major," Aden said correcting the Officer comment,"Aden Williams of the 4 armored core in area 18 formerly know as the middle east." Aden said even though he had been transferred to a desk job in the capitol for a mistake the army intelligence made and not him. In fact he was lucky to be alive after that mission. That was the past though and this was the present
"Alright i will take your offer Mr. ..." Aden said smirking leaving the same queue for him that he had left moments ago, but Aden doubted he would find out the answer, at least not right now.

Kuro walked around the Base looking around at the things going on as to get an idea of how he should begin his plan. he was in his white coat like normal and was letting it hang on his shoulders as he walked into the area with the planes and he spotted Anderson he had seen him in the palace speaking to his brother Alastair "Hello I hope I'm not interuppting anything"Kuro said calmly as he looked at Anderson then at Aden"hmmm and who are you if I may ask?" he asked Aden simply with a polite smile on hsi face as he looked at Anderson and spotted the beef Jerky " Hey do you have anymore of that?

"Major," Aden said correcting the Officer comment,"Aden Williams of the 4 armored core in area 18 formerly know as the middle east." Now everything is starting to make sense since he thought he might've looked familiar, at least by his looks. That was the look of a veteran from the seizure of the Middle Eastern territories. That's how much it is romanticized within the novels from the ones he reads at his spare time. The brashy attitude, the noble attitude. The aspiring intentions to better the world. All of that crap is starting to make sense now, not that he cared.
"Alright i will take your offer Mister..." That's his queue. "Anderson, Phillippe Anderson, the Royal Doctor to the Emperor. Quite a pleasure to meet, Major Williams--" A cut has come in the form of a... "Hello I hope I'm not interrupting anything."
Taking another bite from his beef jerky bar, he traces his steps to face the Prince. At first, he didn't recognize him, then it hits the jackpot. He's the 4th Prince. Not quite as well known Prince, but at least recognizable. Perhaps Anderson has seen him at one point, maybe at a banquet? That's up for discussions at this point.
"No, not at all, Mr. Kuro--" Then the most blatant of questions hits his face, all wording out to be... "Hey do you have anymore of that?" Was he asking about his beef jerky he's eating right now? "What? You mean by beef jerky? If that's the case, I'll say no, this is my last one." He lied. It wasn't like he'll give his precious beef jerky to anyone, not even a prince.

"Anderson, Phillippe Anderson, the Royal Doctor to the Emperor. Quite a pleasure to meet, Major Williams--" A cut has come in the form of a... "Hello I hope I'm not interrupting anything." Phillippe Anderson the royal doctor to the Emperor no he was lying Aden knew he wouldn't get the truth out of this guy, maybe he was the royal doctor, but he was sure that there was more to it. Aden was mad to see the royalty here, well more specifically at this time maybe 5 minutes ago he would have welcomed him but now that was far off.
"hmmm and who are you if I may ask?" Aden was snug in his reply "Major Aden Williams." that was another reason he should have been there five minutes ago than Aden would not have had to repeat himself like so. "No, not at all, Mr. Kuro--""Hey do you have anymore of that?""What? You mean by beef jerky? If that's the case, I'll say no, this is my last one." The man was lying yet again Aden could tell he had a knack for such things.
"well Kuro Vi Britania what brings you here on a day like this. Just to walk on the beach, and a military base, or perhaps you are here to see the new knightmare frames, maybe even pilot one for yourself? Aden barley knew this prince he was normally out of the spotlight, so his interests were un-know to Aden.

Kuro sishged a bit at hearing there was none left but he understood"Just Kuro Anderson please adding Mr to my name makes me feel old" he said laughing a bit before he heard Aden saw his name to him then asked him about what he was doing here "well Kuro Vi Britania what brings you here on a day like this. Just to walk on the beach, and a military base, or perhaps you are here to see the new knightmare frames, maybe even pilot one for yourself? Kuro snorted a bit"Mr Aden you have no right to use my full name and to answer your qustions I came to inspect the new Knightmares andsee how the base is working at the moment " he siad simply and sighed before adding"its a shame Lilica isent here I wanted her to escort me but something came up" he sighed

"Just Kuro, Anderson, please adding Mister to my name makes me feel old." The doctor blinked twice at the notion of this, but shrugs it off either ways. In fact, Kuro was much, much younger than him either ways, so he had a point there. Note to self; call Kuro something to do with seeds due to his status as a youngling.
"Well Kuro Vi Britania what brings you here on a day like this. Just to walk on the beach, and a military base, or perhaps you are here to see the new knightmare frames, maybe even pilot one for yourself?" A bit boring at the moment, Anderson was just listening now, looking at what those two peeves had to say, the response from Kuro was what amused him. "Mr Aden you have no right to use my full name and to answer your qustions I came to inspect the new Knightmares and see how the base is working at the moment." How amusing really, mostly to Anderson, Aden has no rights to call him by his full name and Anderson has. Well doesn't matter to him, he IS the royal doctor after all and in a sense, an 'un'-official advisor to the Emperor Alastair. So he should have the right to call the Royal family by their given names, with the exception of the Emperor of course.
One thing keeps annoying Anderson though, what new Knightmares does everyone keep mentioning about? It really irritates him that he has no knowledge of it yet everyone does. "Just what exactly are you two referring to when speaking about the new generation Knightmare? Hmm? Could it possibly be something those purists came up with or perhaps something else?" Asked he, the Doctor, to the two peeves standing before him.

"Just what exactly are you two referring to when speaking about the new generation Knightmare? Hmm? Could it possibly be something those purists came up with or perhaps something else?" A certain white-coated man - happening just by chance to be passing by the trio - halted very visibly in their vicinity. "Well, actually no - it's not exactly a completely new generation at all, but merely something to be called a possible new prototype for design, possibly to be the appearance for the next generation, or if not that then at least a series of modified models." A comment broke in to their conversation, voiced out with the speaker's very usual polite - yet now, considering the subject - also somewhat passionate a tone of voice. The man had turned around and joined their presence, now respectfully bowing to the fourth prince and Anderson - Aloysius, after all, would recognize the blonde, as for the royal doctor part at least. "Good day, Your Higness - Sir..."
Why the doctor was present there would have been a thing to wonder for many others, yet it was no concern of Aloysius' - he hadn't been informed about anything special and thus it was none of his concern, in other words nothing he was even interested in. And also seeing the fourth prince anywhere near where there might be Knightmares and such in development was definitely no news for the Chief of Science. As for Aden, a greeting came in form of a short nod, then the man turned back to the direction of his superiors. "I may presume that My Prince was interested in seeing the new model? For if so, I may have to disappoint Your Highness... Frankly, there's nothing to be seen in there, not even nearly yet."
Be there anything new related to Knightmares, Aloysius would naturally be there - so a mistake from Aden's part to presume he was not. The Chief of Science had in fact been at the base already for a couple of days to inspect the new prototype model. Sadly for him, the new model had turned out to be nothing like a success - so no too high hopes for the both men wanting to pilot the new Frames either. Though as Aden and the other soldiers chosen had been informed, there indeed should have been some models ready to be tested, but no - really there was not. For as usual, everything was late as always in the science departments if it wasn't for something the workaholic Chief of Science personally was in charge of. According to what Aloysius had already seen, they were weeks too early, were they wishing to pilot anything.
Of course every failure had seeds for success in the future if anything could be learned from it and thus the scientist wasn't on such a bad mood as he could have been - at least the trip had been for nothing. Though yet not nearly good enough, the design had some potential. But whether if it was usable or just one more totally a lost case, would be seen only in the future. Nevertheless, the Chief of Science had been on his way to return to his own department, though his transport was not yet leaving for a while.

"Mr Aden you have no right to use my full name and to answer your questions I came to inspect the new Knightmares and see how the base is working at the moment " Aden did not know that their was anything wrong with calling the Prince by his whole name. Although Aden could still not see any fault in what he had done he hoped that he did not make the prince mad, for wrath of royalty was not something that anyone wished to incur. The Prince kept on about a girl name Liliac Finley, and while the name sounded familiar it took his brain some time to place her as the women in the article he read a few weeks ago. Apparently she was a warrant officer who was promoted to the rank of personal knight. *So this is the royalty that she has to PROTECT and SERVE i truly feel bad for cause this must be a punishment worse than eternal damnation.*
Aden so wished to jab his right fist into the mouth of this man weather he was royalty or not. Aden had read some articles on him and it nothing but show that this man was not fit for the ground. It was a truly great deed when Phillip spoke "Just what exactly are you two referring to when speaking about the new generation Knightmare? Hmm? Could it possibly be something those purists came up with or perhaps something else?" it stopped Aden from punching him. Aden now could care less about the frames he was so excited only moments ago to pilot he just wanted to see how far down this rabbit hole went that the "doctor" had shown him, but those chances got slimmer when another interloper appeared.
"Well, actually no - it's not exactly a completely new generation at all, but merely something to be called a possible new prototype for design, possibly to be the appearance for the next generation, or if not that then at least a series of modified models." The voice came from the Director of Science in all of Britannia, Aloysius Drebbel, so indeed he was here. That fact gave Aden unexpected joy maybe it was because he could see the California base wasn't acting alone as it normally does. When he kept going on about the Frames Aden could see that his time had been wasted by coming here, unless he could see what this man, the doctor, was talking about. "I see Mr. Drebbel the ambitions for this project out weighed the actual progress of it? My being here done in vain correct? Mr. Drebbel i do have something i would like to talk to you about a concept that could be added to Frames." Aden said briskly hoping he could out talk Kuro so that he would leave, and then maybe he would finish with Mr. Drebbel and finish with Phillip.

"Well, actually no - it's not exactly a completely new generation at all, but merely something to be called a possible new prototype for design, possibly to be the appearance for the next generation, or if not that then at least a series of modified models." A bold answer, quite bold indeed. Anderson shifts his perceptive eyes to face Aloysius, that scientist. The head of the science department, and a reported genius.
Really, from all of the achievements on his part, Anderson viewed him with a slight envy. Sure, he saw him in person before, but this marks the first time he spoke to him. Whereas this man has gotten inventions that can be used on the public face, Anderson had to resort to medical breakthroughs that nobody else had. The secretive genius in the presence of a public one. Quite a sight indeed.
"I may presume that My Prince was interested in seeing the new model? For if so, I may have to disappoint Your Highness... Frankly, there's nothing to be seen in there, not even nearly yet." So he has the initial prototype... quite interesting really. Just what Anderson had in mind. It piqued his interest that a prototype, even new generation, is currently being underway for invention. A grand new Knightmare that the rest of the Britannian need not use. It should be reserved for the few, for the Elite. Opinion-wise that is. He isn't the general, but still, such a device would be quite helpful to have around in the Geass Directorate and even more so modified.
"I see that Aloy. I guess I will just have to inspect the base then. If you will excuse me gentleman.." Philip was watching the haughty prince leave the area. Bemused of his appearance really. Nothing special about him besides being fourth in line for the royal throne. As if he'll be getting the throne, Alastair, his Emperor, shouldn't die that soon but rather, perhaps in the later epochs of his life.
Looking at that pilot and prince, the way they both viewed each other, it was obvious they held each other in stark contempt. A sort of fire of hatred that brews between the two, where as Kuro was done in the most obvious in the form of an arrogant snort, Aden's was more done through the tone. Just showing how much they dislike each other. Maybe its due to the backgrounds of one another and also due to the way Kuro treated that Major, Aden.
"Look at him go." Philip snides, mostly to himself than anyone else, "I see that you have been quite busy with Knightmares as ever, Mr. Drebbel. Pity, I am simply busy as ever with the royalty taking care of their wounds, you are out there, inventing things and performing technological breakthroughs, wouldn't you think? But then again, its not my place as a royal doctor to be talking about these things, after all, I haven't done anything to aid civilization as you have." The royal doctor said with a fake enthusiasm in his bluntness. Quite ironic considering that he had his own breakthroughs in the medical fields to match.
Taking a quick look at the Prince Kuro leave, he looked back at Aden, pacing past him as he gave him a hand shake, with it, a note to the hand with instructions to dial a certain number were he interested. Pacing away, Anderson gave a silent wave of a hand, a good bye gesture to bid the scientist and Aden farewell. Engineering scientists after all were people he loathed, rivals that he disliked in a many a ways. Taking steps to further himself away from those duo.
