Kuro walked towards the britannian palace his normal black shirt and pants with his white coat but hsi face was completely serious and his eyes hald a slight icey edge to them as he remember Arellas behavior a guard opened the door and annoced his arrivel " presenting Prince Kuro Vi Britannia The fourth prince of the royal family" he said as kuro strolled past the people and moved in front of the emperor and nodded to him"Hail your majesty I have some thing I need to talk to you about that are a very serious topic they pretain to a few of the royal familys manners during the masquerade I held and to your fiance Miss Arellas behavior " he said simply

Standing to Alastair's right was his royal doctor, Anderson. Even then, he was also his aide, it was signified that the Emperor holds great trust to Philip due to the fact he stood on his right side. Eying Kuro with contempt, yet he faked a smile towards the naive prince. His hand was tightly fixated upon the hilt of his saber as he appeared quite different... on the contrary, drastically different. His appearance befits that of a kind hearted man due to the simple fact his hair isn't slicked back, but parted to the front slightly on the left. Watching the Prince advance into the throne room as the gates close behind him once he crossed the threshold that marked the corridor and the throne room.
"Hail your majesty I have some thing I need to talk to you about that are a very serious topic they pertain to a few of the royal family manners during the masquerade I held and to your fiancee Miss Arellas behavior." How disrespectful, the Prince is spoiling the future Empress's good name, Anderson decided to take a step forward in front of the Emperor's throne, attention attracted to himself. His fake smile lost in way of a frown.
"Boy, watch your tongue, and the way you address her royal highness, she is not some 'Miss' or some rabble to be addressing her in such a casual manner, she is your Empress and you shall show your full respect to her good name. I see no reason for his royal Highness to speak to you if it was just about her behavior, if you have a problem with the way she conducts herself, I suggest you show yourself out of this throne room, we have no time for small matters such as these when there are other problems the Emperor could be giving attention to. Now GET OUT." Anderson retaliated to Prince Kuro's besmirching statement of good Arella's name, it wasn't polite to talk this way about the Emperor's wife, in fact, blasphemous. Were he some Noble, Philip would've seen through his execution, but given his royal heritage, a slap on the wrist will do... unless of course he pushes this.

Alastair sat on the throne in his similar fashion, with his upper body facing forward erect with a piercing gazing and an unreadable expression, and his legs were firmly planted on the ground. Anyone who would ever enter the throne room their eyes would immediately be fixed upon him and hopefully the intense demeanor could be felt from a far. By his right side was his brother and best friend Philip one of the very few beings he trusted in the entire World. The next person on the list who had requested an Audience with him was his younger brother Kuro. He let a sigh escape him before he had already pieced together what the request was about. Kuro would want to talk about how the entire family didn't exactly hold open arms for Kuro's current girlfriend..... and to make matters worse Arella had to get involved with the situation. His thoughts were interrupted as his younger brother entered the room.
Hail your majesty I have some thing I need to talk to you about that are a very serious topic they pertain to a few of the royal family manners during the masquerade I held and to your fiancee Miss Arellas behavior. Well that was the only thing he would want to openly discuss with me after all we have never really talked as children and i was already banished before he had ever bothered to know me.
He was about to respond to Kuro when Philip had interjected.
Boy, watch your tongue, and the way you address her royal highness, she is not some 'Miss' or some rabble to be addressing her in such a casual manner, she is your Empress and you shall show your full respect to her good name. I see no reason for his royal Highness to speak to you if it was just about her behavior, if you have a problem with the way she conducts herself, I suggest you show yourself out of this throne room, we have no time for small matters such as these when there are other problems the Emperor could be giving attention to. Now GET OUT. Well Philip certainly is playing with our masks of royalty to the letter but i need to be careful what my actions cause.
Alastair leaned slightly forward from his throne and cleared his throat. "I understand better than anyone else what you and Miyuki's problem is and what you are bringing to me. Our family has not exactly welcomed Miyuki with open arms but the reality is we have no true control on how our siblings act. Even an Emperor should be aware the power he wields and by punishing those who oppose him at every corner...that resolves nothing. I want to give a formal apology for how Arella acted, she...shes from a different world than us. Its the world i grew up in after our father banished me and there everyone must be a tough minded and strong person to survive. So Arella is a little rough around the edges and she means well but it doesn't excuse what she said and I'm apologizing for it. Our brothers and sisters behavior is something that can only be resolved by both you, Miyuki and them."

Kuro glared at Phillip when he spoek to him"Last I checked Anderson you were not the emperor" he said curtly before hearing Alastiar answer and he nodded"Thank you your majesty But I must tell you that buy insulting her she has insulted me and lost a bit of respect from me but I will try to see if I can mend that gap" he said clamly before he remembered what else he came here for"Also I would like to present an Idea to you I have thought of this and with your permission and using my little project I have been working on I would liek to create a special force to fight the black knights and Zero I need good devicers for the knightmares being created and I would like your permission to do this if it is alright with you Your majesty" he siad hopeing that Alastair would allow this he had a feeling that he coudl do a extremly good attack on the black knights if Alastair allowed this" also if its alright with you I would like to arrange a game of chess at some point" he said with a slight smirk trying to lighten the mood

"Last I checked Anderson, you were not the emperor" The Doctor chuckled at the notion of this statement. "No, last I checked, I was the Emperor's aide, and what does that make you? Hmm? Nothing but a miserly Prince, the 4th Successor, a nobody not even fit to be mentioned." He retorted with a sniveling smile curving his lips.
Our brothers and sisters behavior is something that can only be resolved by both you, Miyuki and them." The Emperor must be going soft on this Prince who just insulted his wife and future Empress by besmirching her good name. Not a good way to resolve this, Philip will have to take this into his own hands.
"Thank you your majesty But I must tell you that by insulting her she has insulted me and lost a bit of respect from me but I will try to see if I can mend that gap." Respect? He is supposed to swear his allegiance to the Empress to the death, another not so ideal trait from the Prince.
"Also I would like to present an Idea to you I have thought of this and with your permission and using my little project I have been working on I would like to create a special force to fight the black knights and Zero, I need good devicers for the knightmares being created and I would like your permission to do this if it is alright with you, your majesty." Nothing special there, Philip already has something to handle the Black Knights, his own special weapon, not to mention that Anderson doesn't see a future in Knightmares, rather, in infantry.
"Also if its alright with you I would like to arrange a game of chess at some point." Philip raised an eyebrow at his statement.
"A game of chess? How boring! There are no real stakes in chess, no real thrills, simply an old man's game that one would dabble on, why not settle for a bit of fencing? If you are so intent on restoring the honor of your concubine, it'd best be fit that we settle this in the court like proper nobleman and royalty." Philip said suavely, his hand tightening on the hilt of the saber, pulling it out of his sheathe. Were there a finer sword made, it'd be Anderson's own sword. "A contest I say, were you to win this, you can have my sword and my life, but I ask in return that were I to win, your life is to be forfeit, generous, am I not? You get more of a prize than I do, Lady Fortune favoring you in this bout. And also, I guarantee that the Emperor will restrain his wife in the future with your victory here against me in this very court, Prince. What do you say on that? Agree on this duel?" The doctor held his sword out as he took a few steps down, advancing away from the throne and into the middle of the court. Holding his saber with simply one hand whilst his other was fixated to his back.

Alastair threw a sideways glance at Philip. Although he may have been pardoning someone who he might have otherwised executed he was too busy thinging about her safety. There was a better chance that she would be protected if anyone who threatend her was taken care of immidately but he had to eradicate the thoughts of revenge from a persons mind before he made a decisive move. If he killed both Kuro and Miyki knowing that the other would want revenge there might be another person who would want revenge for their deaths and all of it would put Arella in more danger and that was something he did not want to continue doing.
Thank you your majesty But I must tell you that by insulting her she has insulted me and lost a bit of respect from me but I will try to see if I can mend that gap. Also I would like to present an Idea to you I have thought of this and with your permission and using my little project I have been working on I would like to create a special force to fight the black knights and Zero, I need good devicers for the knightmares being created and I would like your permission to do this if it is alright with you, your majesty. Nothing there that was worth doing he had his suspicions about Kuro, he wasnt particulary sure whether he could trust him at the moment and the threat of the black knights was no real threat. If they wereto suddenly become any form of threat he would already have a special devision ready to bring the hammer down on them.
Also if its alright with you I would like to arrange a game of chess at some point. A game of chess would be fun if not for their positions. When those of true political standing met to play chess it gave a new light to it. At the point of playing the game it became to an insight of the other persons ability in war....in short it came off as an insult.
A game of chess? How boring! There are no real stakes in chess, no real thrills, simply an old man's game that one would dabble on, why not settle for a bit of fencing? If you are so intent on restoring the honor of your concubine, it'd best be fit that we settle this in the court like proper nobleman and royalty.A contest I say, were you to win this, you can have my sword and my life, but I ask in return that were I to win, your life is to be forfeit, generous, am I not? "Well that would certainly be amusing to watch between you two, but let me decide on the stakes if you two accept."

Kuro growled when Phillip called Miyuki a concubine "Never call Miyuki a concubine Anderson and I'll accept that challange" he siad as he motioned for a guard to go and get his sword"your majesty I would like that if you would set the stakes but if I may ask please keep miyuki out of it" he asked as the guard brought him his sword it was a pure black blade and had slight crimson marking on it"I don't want your sword or your life anderson I see no point it that" he said simply as he got into a relaxed stance but this was a normal pose for him

(OOC: Since this is a personal duel, would Alastair want to skip his turn until it is done?)
"Never call Miyuki a concubine. Anderson and I'll accept that challange" The Doctor smiles maliciously at the rise to the challenge. "I call her what I see fit to call her. She is a concubine to me, therefore I'll label the title that best suits her."
"Well that would certainly be amusing to watch between you two, but let me decide on the stakes if you two accept." The Doctor nods at the statement, "Of course, your highness, take your time as I wipe the floor with his face on it." He said ever so confidently, vain, prideful. All embodiments of the Doctor.
"I don't want your sword or your life Anderson, I see no point it that" How beneficial, this'll all go work to his advantage after all. "Then I'll simply take yours, Kuro, I see no reason as to why I shouldn't take all of the spoils of a richly deserved victory, your loss really."
Taking a couple of careful strolls, Philip begins to circle his opponent, the tensions rising high as he took his time to study the way he held his sword. A relaxed stance? There is so many openings from just that one stance, it'd be just so easy to simply break his stance, he meanwhile kept a balanced stance, if need be, an adequate defense followed by an adequate offense, but that isn't where the Doctor's talents lies in, rather, it lies in finesse rather than strength. He abruptly stops his circling, standing at an awkward angle from Kuro, one where swinging a sword would be harder and slower due to the fact he wasn't where his empty hand was, rather, where his sword hand was. Ambidextrously sure helps in this situation as he held the saber in a different one that Kuro held his. Within a few moments, Philip closes the gap separating the two of them, swinging his sword diagonally, specifically towards the shoulder, towards the sword arm. Thus blocking an attack such as this would be complicated due to the awkward angle, even then, where as Anderson has the advantage of swinging it with full swift force behind it, by Newtonian law, the greater force can overwhelm the lesser force. In this case, upon swinging the sword, he didn't settle for just stopping there, he aimed his knee towards the naive Prince's sensitive man spot, attention would have to be placed on either one of them given that the sword should perhaps garner the most than the more secretive attack of a low blow. Quite well played on the Doctor's part, smiling at the fact that he placed the Prince in such a tough position.

Kuro noticed him circleing and he shifted to keep his eyes on him at all times and starte to move with her to not be caught off guard till he struck then he notced the angle was goign to be hard to black"Blast it" he cursed quitely as he raised his sword to block it teh best he could and he bearly managed to hodl up teh defense before he relized that Anderson was throwing a knee towards hsi groin and he quickly guarded with his knee but he dropped hsi guard a bit and the sword dropped a bit almost leaving him in a deadly postion."Good move Doc but it will take more then that to put me down" he said as he pushed the sword back with the rest of hsi arm strength and jumped back before he closed the distance between them agian but he faked his slash movement as he came in making it seem like he was going for a side slice but at the last moment fluidly changed it into a stright upwards slash

Philip was smiling the entire time, whereas Kuro had a hard time defending, he was simply playing around with him around the court. Although one thing baffled the doctor was the fact that Kuro has withstood a knee to the groin and was able to stand up fighting, leading Philip to question whether he has an iron manhood or simply doesn't have one at all, funny really. This was all a deadly game, and Anderson was the cause of these deathly moves that makes this game ever so dangerous. The stakes are high as all the nobles in the court watched Anderson and Kuro fight with averse attention to one another, yet Philip was the cool headed one of the two. Keeping a cool tab under pressure as he has done this so many times before. It was a norm for him that is. "Good move Doc but it will take more then that to put me down." Kuro said from the knee groining and the awkward strikes. "Or lesser." Philip slyly responded in a whisper to the haughty Prince. Just who did he think he was though? Who was he fighting? It was Philip, regarded as the best swordsman within the Empire's courts, a fencer whom has skills in every strikes he conducts, like a conductor, each whack would be a next-to-fatal attack that'd best sever a limb or an artery. His targets die one way or another, this is no exception as he took his time, smiling at the face of each attacks that comes along. Even then, due to his vast experience in sword fights, he recognized the one fundamental thing within the Prince's rushed assault. The motioning indicated another intention by the sleight of hand. It wasn't swung like a conductor would, no, more brawling than fighting. No discipline behind it as it was an onrush done ever so rashly. Along with closing asunder the jaw of the gap that is called distance, and the gasp from such a move that's both; reckless and dangerous. Then voilá, the masterstroke on Philip part. A simple raise, followed by an aversion of the path moving high from the glaive, averting it and giving a quick momentum to Philip, upon using the momentum, he simply thrusts forth his saber whilst the glaive was still upwards, thrusting it towards his solar plexus. Even then, knowledge of a Doctor does help in at times in combat, all of the pressure points, all of the body's inner working, all known like the back of his hand that he would play at. All easy, all attributing to the successes of his duels and the momentum of victories that he strings up. That was Philip Anderson, and he was the worst opponent to fight in a sword fight. Woe is to the unwitting soul that chose him over all fencers, a doctor with the knowledge of the body's inner knowledge. Another thrust follows towards the throat. Now all of this was done in Alastair's presence. He must not fail his Emperor, he must not disappoint all nobles watching wearily as the fight dragged on. Betting on who'd win, stakes higher as more bet on the Doctor over the Prince. Quite the sniveling bastards they are, yet Philip does not mind, he has the knowledge of this, and this knowledge gives him the confidence to continue on fighting. It was something the court does often, bet in duels, and this one was the high staked one, as it is done in the Emperor's presence. Quite an honour it is, and Philip is up to the task of taking some of the honour that Kuro has besmirched with his haughtiness and his impudence, referring to her as some Miss. Being the gentleman he is, Anderson will resolve this in one fell swoop so to say and brand the Prince death. It was the way the court functions, and it is the way it'll go. An appropriate end really, this is how he'll earn his Emperor and Empress's favour, so to say. In a duel, something he has been doing for a time now. Now all that remains will be one dead man, and Anderson envisions himself standing over his corpse, having been the ultimate victor, sneaking a step to the right for a quick combo strike, facing his back and thrusting forth the saber into the rectals of the spine intended to disable. Not everyone always thought he was a fencer at first, and all of these countless innumerable victories has paved way to his reputation as a handy man with the saber. His saber was the finest made so far. An instrument that'll result in Kuro's death. It has been made with the best metal alloys, making it quite durable, and if anything, even sharp enough to slice through another sword were enough pressure given out due to it's diamond tip which won't even get a scratch on it, won't dull out easily. It has been sharpened to a point a single strand of hair befalling it will be sliced in half. A testament of it's sharpness, even then, the saber itself is expensive enough to buy 3 commoner houses, valued highly by even Anderson himself whom he has taken all of his time to cater it up. Now all that remains is for the saber itself to cause another death, and garner another victory for the Emperor's aide; Philip Augustus Anderson. He will earn it all to restore Arella's honour and rid of the Prince who talked ever so lowly of his Empress. A fitting end for him to be fallen by the blade of the Emperor's one loyal servant, and to make it all the more exciting by doing all fo this in the court in front of everyone inside to watch. It was just psychology, a little something Anderson learnt from Zero of the past who has been regarded as a miracle worker, thinking about it as he directs another thrust towards his arm, so to see whether he blocks or not. Were he to get a decisive victory, he'd be regarded as a miracle worker himself. Psychology dictates that the people love an impossible feat made possible, yet this is different. Nothing but nobles duking it out with one another. Nobles are but mere men, weak and fickle. Pull the right strings and they break easily. As psychology dictates, everyone wants something, and the more impossible it is, the better as it'll surprise them and garner support. At least that what Zero has done in the past, whom Anderson hails due to the simple fact of his grasp over the psychological whims of others. A true genius in fact, and that very success will be repeated in this court. All men here will be surprised, and can be broken within that surprise. Being broken means they'll want a friend, and friends are easy to manipulate. Sure, give them a little few something, make them feel that they are cared for, make them feel at home with someone, then pull a string and it all comes down on them like a mountain being demolished with TNT. It was what he learnt in lake Kuwaguchi from his fateful encounter with Zero, and a not-so-fateful encounter with Sakura. His worst enemy to this day as he learnt also of a couple of identities from the Black Knights, such as Aoi Akuma, at least her name says so, who happens to be a major time insurgent. With all this at mind, he knows that he can be the instrument to bringing Britannia into salvation from the whims of lowly cur like the Black Knights, yet all of this is simply thoughts going on and on within the court that Anderson thinks about all the time. Nothing more than that, just thoughts. He is a man of action, and action he shall do. For his Emperor's sake, for duty's sake, he fights. At least he is the only Emperor who Philip holds loyalty to, Ami on the other hand is a snob, she isn't an Emperor, true. But she is a snob, a power hungry one at that, possibly this can simply be an opinion from Anderson about her due to his dislike of her, just as she wasn't fond of him when she first put him into the Geass Directorate Vice-Chief's shoes, before he became Chief himself after the 'unfortunate' accident the Chief has went through, and the fact that Ami has disappeared for now, although he isn't sure how long she disappeared. But he has a feeling that this won't be a case for a long time as she should probably come back at a point, and probably endanger Alastair, even then, who does he have loyalty to? That's the question, is it to the crown or the Emperor? To Alastair or to Ami? Both of whom supported his ascendancy into the Geass Directorate, but even then, he knows that Alastair will be the one who he will support in the end. Arella, sure, he doesn't mind her, she is pretty snazzy and hip as an Empress, a trait he admires, and as such, she is another whom he holds his loyalty to, and resolving this, he knows he definitely also gives his loyalty to Alastair. In order to prove his loyalty, he'll have to fight Kuro and make him fall here and now, kill him so that many would see that Philip is intent on clearing Kuro's besmirching of Arella's good name, his Empress. Something the young haughty Prince doesn't realize even then. It's a common thing with Prince's these days, they just don't realize their place. Sure they are royalty, but the Empress is higher a status than he, he is but a miserly 4th successor of Britannia, someone not even worth mentioning at all. A nobody, a small fish that aspires to be in a big pond filled with whales and big fish. Everyone knows what happens to a small fish that goes into a big pond; they get eaten up by the big fish and will be nothing but stepping stone for the others to go up on. His naivety will be his downfall. His hopes for this and that, along with his so much 'faithful' love to his concubine will also result in his fall. Sure he doesn't like her being called that, but that's what Philip sees it as her as it is; a concubine. Not some girlfriend, not some lover, but an extramartial relationship of not so faithful love. He has seen it so many times before, at least taking Hebe into example, whom he often relates an extramartial relationship to all the time. Given that the doctor has found himself often taking advices from her, and those advices have warped him into someone seething with sadism, hiding it under his 'pleasant' exterior, even given his vain nature, he is seen as polite and pleasant, even with the sarcasm he speaks with. Now all that remains is for the fight to go on, with the death of the Prince being appropriate, as Philip wants it to go on quickly. To end this debacle with his death, as not only he will restore his Empress's honour, he will also get his prize as well from the Emperor for completing this duel. To win and to gain a favour. Too very amiable prizes that he won't mind getting. It all remains under Kuro's fate now. Shall he be fallen, or shall he live on? It shall be decided in this one decisive bount which Anderson favours, and it will be salvation most definitely, at least that what Anderson wants. At least he gets it in his fancy Victorian style outfit with the cape to the side, and several medallions emblazoned on his chest given out by the Emperor himself for the numerous services he has done in the name of the Empire. Fair trade really as he now dons something else besides his usual flamboyant red coat, but rather, a suit that he retained 5 year prior to now. Fitting really.

Kuro noticed the deadly flaw in his attack and he skimmed to the side to avoid a deadly stab to the stomach and he got a rather nasty cut on his side he focused and calmed himself as he ignored the pain and he focused on what he was taught as he waited for andersons next attack. he held his sword in a netural postion like anderson had so he was prepared to attack or defend his eyes watched Anderson carefully as he moved with Anderson so he wouldn't be blindsided if he got out of his eyesite"Anderson pay attention you missed" he said smirking a bit to try and get under Anderson's skin

(OOC: Since you failed to respond to some posts and ignored the attack such as.. and and also , I'll call a hit since your post to quote says and also with Alastair's permission, I'll connect the attacks as this isn't auto-hitting, simply a connection.)
Anderson smirked as he stabbed Kuro in the stomach, the throat and the solar plexus, all of these points rendering him paralyzed, not numb but simply paralyzed as he severed motor controls from the body by piercing the solar plexus. Pulling his blade out as he paralyzed him completely, not only because he pierced that central nerve component, but also because he stabbed the spine, severing another nerve point and the stab to the throat pierced the breathing component of the body, thus screwing it up.
"Anderson pay attention you missed." A cheeky comment he heard earlier really, and a futile one as well, having said it earlier, and looking at the state of his right now, the Doctor couldn't help but kick the sword away from Kuro's paralyzed bohand clutching it, body slumped on the floor, kneeling over to look at him closely, "Look again, Kuro. I never miss." Anderson retaliated with a smile.
Unplanting his sword off the ground as he looks behind him, at the Emperor, and at the crowd, dragging Kuro's paralyzed body along the step by the hair as he places Kuro right in front of Alastair's throne, near his feet.
Philip raises Kuro's head up high to face his Emperor, placing the sword against his throat as he kneels down with his head adjacent to the young Prince's shoulder. "My Emperor, what shall I do with this miserly Prince? May I slay him? If so, may I take his royal title as my reward for show of loyalty?" The Doctor asked with a pleasant smile with a heavy hint of sadism within his eyes, waiting to slay the Prince and deliver the deathly blow to him, his sword ready to carve through the Prince's throat, to sever his head and finally put him out of his misery... or perhaps prolong it.
