Description:
Hayashi wears a pilot's uniform similar to that of the Kamikaze pilots of the past. His uniform belongs to his great great grandfather, having been handed down mostly as a relic rather than anything else. Although, with the coming of the great nationalistic pride that sweeps through every Japanese citizens, Hayashi dons the clothing of a Kamikaze pilot, complete with a katana strapped to the side of the buckles. Although, it is more ornamental than anything else, being blunt, therefore, it is often used for stabbing than slashing.
By physical appearance, Hayashi is very slim, but he has muscles nonetheless. His eyes are brown whilst his hair is black. His skin slightly tanned as his eyes are protuberant, although his nasal bridge is more pronounced with a bigger depth than his peers, often giving him a somewhat 'Western' appearance. Albeit making him pleasing to look at. Taking a bit of his looks from his mother, and a bit of his look from his father.
Personality:
Honorable, polite and loyal to the max are just ways to describe Hayashi. No matter who he is with, as long as the person is someone he would consider a friend, he would always treat them politely, whether he or she is rude or nice. It doesn't matter to him, it would just be in his character to help the person out and treat him/her in the best of ways as possible. If presented with a choice to sacrifice his life so that his companions would live, Hayashi would gladly take it, he is a morally conscious person after all.
His entire virtues and vices were shaped up by his family's ideology, following a Confucian style family where the son must follow the example of the father and try to attain a high level of morality, so as to become enlightened. Another thing is that Hayashi has a very strong willpower, often hard to break... if not hard, he'd be impossible to break physically and mentally along with spiritually. If there was a loyalty score, Hayashi would be rated the highest of all of them.
Another thing to note is that he has a somewhat confidant persona, often not afraid to take risks in order to further a relationship with another person. He in fact is looking to gain recognition from his peers and his superiors as well, doing much in his power to please down so they'd look down on him favorably and perhaps give him prestige, and in turn with that prestige; honor.
History:
Born to Japanese parents before the Japanese subjugation by Britannia, Hayashi has grown up to be an idealistic man, having gone to a prestigious graduate school and completed it with a Bachelors degree in administrative management. He was taken in to work for a Japanese corporation as a businessman, although at the time, there was a high tension between Japan and Britannia... only for the war to break out.
It was by then, Hayashi was conscripted into the army as a pilot of old fighter planes since by then, Japan was low on resources and desperate for soldiers to fight back the enemy which is Britannia. At first, Hiyashi wasn't keen on being a fighter pilot, only when news arrived of his parent's death by a Britannian air bombing over Tokyo, the city where his parent's are in and his brother and sister. The man was filled with rage, utter rage and wanted vengeance. His entire blood was coursed with hate, as he believed hate will dictate the way he will breathe, eat, see, and view things around him.
The first time he was near death was the moment he snuck out of his barracks to take an old Mitsubishi airplane that is fairly old, it was the kind with napalm bombs, which he in turn piloted before directing it towards a Britannian airship, miraculously destroying it, by those bombs, that is before he was downed. The airplane crashed into a nearby village as Hiyashi was still in the airplane, unconscious.
His first time he was this close to death wasn't pleasant since he could have sworn that he saw a black tunnel with light in the end, along with his parents there... yet... when he was about to reach them, he couldn't. It was then, he awoken to find that he was being hospitalized because of 2nd degree burns at a field hospital, in fact, earning himself a promotion and a 'get free card' from being court martialed since he destroyed an important Britannian airship.
Although, that promotion was short-lived as the next day, he learnt that Tokyo fell and Japan was entirely subjugated and renamed Area 11 once more, just like old times, just as his grandfather has told him about the times where Britannia at one point had Japan... all of that happening again as a repeat of history.
All of the Japanese military personnel were dissolved and given jobs at the factory under heavy surveillance, not Hayashi though since he personally escaped and once again, took a fighter plane before taking off to bomb a government building. Of course, that ended in failure since there were several AA guns that shot him down, although this time, the airplane was blown up entirely as many presumed Hayashi died, although the details of the airplanes explosion was sketchy at best since he was shot by automated defenses, there were no witnesses.
It would be many years later before there would be reported sightings of Hayashi, and this time, he would be a common rebel, not aligned to anyone. Although, it would be marked as the third time as Hayashi would near death, and the third time he would cheat death. It was all due to the fact he attacked a group of Britannian patrol amidst the night with nothing more than his katana whilst wearing his great great grandfather's Kamikaze uniform. Killing them off whilst yelling out "Tennhouken Banzai!" with a ferocious roar. In the end, he was shot by his chest, near his heart. He expected death at this time, feeling empty because of the fact he lost his precious loved one, finally wanting to feel the sweet embrace of death... only to be robbed of it. He was picked along by a passing Black Knight soldier who happens to pose as a civilian before being brought back to the base. He was patched up but that still didn't change his grim resolve.
Being offered a chance to join the Black Knights as an experienced member from a war, as a trained soldier that is, Hayashi couldn't help but accept since it's his one chance to gain pursue his personal mission of revenge.
Goal or Dream:
To find his missing brother and sister, to gain his vengeance on Britannia by killing someone held dearly by them, to also see the creation of Japan independent of Britannian tyrannical rule, and also to finally die once he confirmed that his brother and sister are dead, if they were alive, he would change his motives.

*Brief example of Role Play:
(A classic escape.)
"Women..." Anderson thought, apparently his ingenius plan has some flaws to it... such as a degree of pain and a threat to his life... or more specifically, his throat and his ability to father children... not something he would want to lose in any day. Just as the saying goes; "Hell hath no fury like a woman's scorn." That thought comes to mind when describing Aoi, someone with a short temper fuse.
“I suggest you get down on your hands and knees and beg for forgiveness from damnation, dude... That is, of course, unless you fancy being unable to bear children.”
PERFECT!
Just another opportunity to use as a distraction. At least now he is out of Sakura's grasps and in her grasp, that was until he was grasped, finding his face against the mud along with a few bruises from the smacks he had to endure from the unruly division captain. From the looks of it, that was the most merciful of things Aoi can do, especially the way the Commander in Chief words it out.
Suddenly, Anderson stood up, before dropping down on his knees in a position that would most people would associate with groveling. His fingers interlock to each other as he would incline his head often to the one known as Aoi.
"Oh please oh please, do not hurt me, O'great Akuma," Anderson said, mostly learning her name because Sakura pronounced it at some point, "I beg for your forgiveness, O'great and powerful one, I will do anything to make it up to you, ANYTHING!"
Just as he would attempt distract Aoi and Sakura with honied words, there was a sudden smirk that extended to him as suddenly. In front of the two, Anderson's hands would gather dust, tossing it in the air as it would scatter towards their eyes. Perfect way for an escape with some time bought.
With every steps undertaken for his escapes, Anderson soon stood up from his position, suddenly turning around as he would zip past Sakura. For an astonishing reason, Anderson seems to be faster than he would physically seem to be. His stamina showing to be higher than he would let on. The doctor simply sprinting his way to what is infront of him; the lake.
Just to take his revenge, the doctor stopped midway from the lake, turning around. His hand reaches for the inside of his shirt, inserting it before it exits, along with it was a pistol, the same pistol he shot Aoi with.
Pointing that pistol, that doctor quickly popped several rounds. The slide of the Mauser retracting back as the shells exit, whilst the bullets eject from the tip of the barrel, going in a barrage as multiple bullets would speed towards the two. Some were heading towards their targets, most others weren't, they were more prone to missing.
"Click, click, click" was the sound the gun produced as Anderson squeezed the trigger of the pistol some more, until realizing futilely that he was actually out of bullets. With that thought out, at least now that revenge has been done and all of the hostilities are out of the way, now the good doctor can tuck-tail and run... perhaps get some tea on the way back home.
Running once more towards the lake, Anderson reached the edge to the water after making his way past several Black Knights who were too incompetent to hold him in place. He leapt into the water without even a word or a taunt since there shouldn't be any waste of time when escaping their captors... and in doing so, the wily doctor escaped, doing everything ever so dirtily.
Once he dived headfirst into the water, Anderson simply disappeared like that. It is in everyone's best speculation that the man probably got away by then... and it is correct on that assumption. Phillippe actually already made his way far from the lake by then, having just gotten away like that, giving testament to his ingenuity.
*Role Playing Experience in Years: Same as Anderson.
