PERSONALITY A man of mystery would be the most accurate description to sum up this enigmatic figure of many questionable qualities that'd be best described as flexible but consistently noted as pragmatic and rather Stoic.

Rather passionate about a few things in life, selfish things that he prefers as he is by no means an idealist but a cynic, someone who by all means despises every single fiber of idealism as nothing more than foolish and stupid optimism. His ultimate hatred if anything that'd make him twitch in disgust, the only thing that'd faze an otherwise stoic man, or at least pull out an expression due to his consistent poker face facade he keeps up. At times making snarky remarks to otherwise spice things up, he is after all still human.

Always keeping a secret of some sort, always hiding something that nobody can be certain what it is.

He isn't exactly the emotionless drone as his poker face suggests, merely hard to faze, as if he has seen enough of the world merely not to be surprised at this point, yet always retains his inquisitive nature, always having to be ahead of every opponent he has, be it real or invented enemies.

Having some sort of attention in human nature, both as a part of his job and as his own personal interest.

Henceforth he makes it a habit to read people by merely looking at them, making guesses if anything but not instantly or anything like that of prenatural proportions, rather based upon observations of their actions and manner of speaking.

Able to separate what is normal and what isn't very easily as his study of psychology gets him so far, noting to himself cryptically that his own nature has been formed by a need to destroy an abomination that will in the long run, present a threat to the Chinese Dynasty (abomination will be hinted in the history), making him most loyal to the Eunuchs that try to manipulate the Empress and to the State rather than the Throne.

Also has no qualms with killing, he is too desensitized to it, he doesn't bother justifying what he does, he is no idealist, he merely does as he has been trained to do with absolute and grim precision. Letting fear off as a motivator rather than a factor that'd make him hesitate.

He is Dai Li, remorseless killer, notorious keeper of peace through violence, and enforcer of Zhōngguó hépíng (Peace in China). Control the thoughts of the plebeian masses, quash any attempts in Democracy, nothing more than mob rule, and all thoughts of dissidence against the Dynasty for the function of an Empire to dominate.

• The traitorous vermin. Ironically he doesn't acknowledge his own Eunuch as a traitor, but others aren't under the same luxury.
  
• Britannian nobility and royalty for they are lowly, inferior in every manner and useless parasites, not because of the fact they are socially superior, but instead, typically seen as weaklings, that a few can hold their own in a battle.
  
• The unnecessarily violent and chaotic, there is no hope for them if their purpose is nothing more than to bring discord upon order, but he also sees them as a necessary balance, an enemy that can be invented and be exploited to justify military spending along with police crackdowns, as long as a couple of them are destroyed in the process.
  
• Sake, it merely irritates his nostrils with the fumes it gives out as too piercing to the smell.
  
• Those that go beyond nature's laws and physics, they aren't seen as abominations rather enemies to be eliminated because they have numerous advantages best snuffed out. Competition to be wiped.
  
• FLEIJA, another thing that gives any opposition an advantage, and best be eliminated to even the fields.
  

SKILLED

• Martial arts, he is very masterful at hand-to-hand fighting to an insane magnitude, notably as his strikes are crippling and very painful due to their precision and force.
  
• Firearms usage, he is skilled as a marksman under pressure, training himself to be a Mongol-on-foot as he'd refer to himself, able to run and gun with faster firearms such as pistols and SMG's, anything he can hold with one hand, two hands on the other hands requires him to tone down his speed or give himself a pause for better aiming.
  
• Agility is his forte, his athletic build makes sure he is able to run very swiftly as naturally as the Chinese are renowned for as fighters along with his acrobatics that are yet restrained by the weapon he often carries concealed under his cloak.
  
• Interrogations, he is quite knowledgeable about human anatomy on where to torture in order to extract the most information, relying more on psyche rather than the pain it brings out to ensure the victim alive and ready to give out more information than not.
  

FEARS

• What he cannot perceive, notably the otherworldly dimension to which he refers to as the great unknown, something he does not know much about, completely alien to him in all aspects.
  
• A state where all his knowledge, experience, and skills are lost, everything that defines him gotten rid of, to lose his identity.
  
• Supernatural powers he once encountered at a point in his life he refers to as the "Xiee Zhiyan", it gives far too much advantage, and can do just that, wipe Jin Sai's identity absolutely, that much he knows and as such, he is compelled in every instance to eliminate such a power or merely hunt those who have it, the world requires nobody to have such an advantage over the Chinese Empire.
  
• His memories are private, very much so to a point that it has such a high will guarding it for good reasons too, henceforth he fears if anyone were to peer into his mind is equivalent to the abyss being peered into, and it shall peer back into him.
  

» MEMORIES, SUPPOSED TO FADE

HISTORY What he is, who he is, and where exactly from China he is from is typically all unknown, public records deny such a man exists, and any questions about him are met with detention and brain washing to forget, presumed to be done through methods of some enigma device of sorts unknown, one thing known is that the people Jin is with are a collective, antibodies of society as they'd call themselves that eliminate whoever are against the Eunuchs, whom they have their loyalties to.

They are unto each have their own purpose, their own roles. Throughout the times there was many instances where deaths of Chinese nationals were commonplace around Jin. He was a ghost and a boogeyman of the intelligence circles, operating in foreign and domestic environment where he thrived. He is Dai Li, a member of the secret police's death squad, men who destroy whomever typical Chinese assassins don't and aren't able to fight, primarily in the place of taking down dangerous individuals considered to be against the Eunuch's China, not against the Monarch's version of China.

Accidents go on and on from being thrown to the roof to emulate them having slipped all the way to choking them, anything to make it seem like it was an accident, but yet it has been widely understood that there were a few things about Jin's division in the Dai Li's death squad.

Protocol 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. Each protocols with their own set of rules.

They have no qualms about killing whoever may pose a threat to China, but think themselves more as cleaners than assassins. Their methods certainly are such due to kidnapping and making people disappear into labor camps, all under the nostril of the Monarch.

They censor the TV and enforce their truths.

Jin Sai is one of the death squad members, a higher ranked one who enacts out all protocols if required, he is a foreign affairs type agent sent to destroy and kill whomever has designs against the Eunuchs or merely China as a whole, or more specifically, a Eunuch.

If anything, his starter point of his career wasn't in the long years spent assassinating people who were considered threats to the Eunuch he serves but rather in a single incident he remembers all his life.

It was basically elimination of Demon Eyes, a slang used by the Dai Li agents concerning those with Geass, and other leftovers of a Geass Directorate from before at the times of V2.

It was one of the many bases in China that were eliminated by scores of agents who admittedly frighten the Geass users thinking the Dai Li to be supernatural.

Jin Sai was assigned to one in the desert, the one with the biggest priority of all of them as it was basically a warzone out there.

The Geass users were actively holding out against the Dai Li led army as they fought from a distance, yet the Geass Directorate underground complex was built like a bunker so it was a stalemate, yet whomever enters there were made to commit suicide by the supernatural powers of the Geass and even defect.

Artillery rained for a week on that position as snipers were shooting down the Geass Directorate's remnants, slaughtering them from a distance yet finally the defense died down.

It was a trap from the beginning as Jin Sai and the soldiers moved in, slaughtering the children of the Geass users only to be ambushed at many points by the Geass users, the Chinese themselves in turn ambushed them.

It was a game of cat and mouse where the physically stronger and agile along with sneakier martial arts trained soldiers were beating the Geass users, yet it was their Geass that made them have an edge.

Some soldiers were stopped in time, others defected, some believed they were in fact defending Geass users, but in the end, by sheer dedication from the tenacious and brutal Dai Li, they have left corridors filled with blood that ran to the knees.

They have cornered an immortal who had the remaining few dispatch off the soldiers where it was only the Dai Li agents, with their Geass canceller nano-machine implants, were able to disable the Geass's effects on them as they had fought off against the remnants and finally impaled the immortal with a stake to the heart as Jin Sai made sure to gag the immortal woman, and restrain her with tightened ropes.

They have taken the immortal back to their headquarters in Shanghai where they have run numerous tests on how to eliminate these Britannian super soldiers as they believed, only to discover of their ancient origins.

Jin Sai regrets having to have killed his comrades, those not of the Dai Li, finding their families and assassinating them to ensure whatever mention of Immortals is censored out from the Chinese public.

In all essence, a facility of 500 was reduced to a mere 50, all Dai Li agents remaining as the last ones.

The Eunuch sent orders to the Dai Li agents next up to eliminate the Immortal, to which all of them have agreed in a convention, the best way to do such was to decapitate her, slice up all of her body parts as they spread it across China in different locations.

Burying her deep underground, so deep that she had no hopes of getting out.

It was then afterwards they were ordered to destroy all relics of the Collective Consciousness in that old Geass Directorate bunker, and all Geass users were to be eliminated in China except the state approved ones working for them.

For years he has done just that, enacting out Protocol 4 of their assassination conduct as they have made sure to kill the Geass users, Jin Sai being such an agent who has baffled Geass users due to how he is not effected by the Geass.

Unknowingly using the same Britannian technology used on Jeremiah now refined to a Chinese version where they dilute and wane on over time, hence periodic injections of Geass cancelling nano-machines are commonplace with Jin Sai of the Death Squad.

Receiving new orders as of the modern present day, to go to Japan to monitor the situation there as there was reports of a Geass user from China having escaped there and also an infectious agent as they'd call, spreading the use.

Making it completely his business to do so as an illegal espionage agent inside of Japan under his Eunuch's order, his protocol level having been reached as far up as 6 which implies some urgency from the Chinese to need that protocol, the rarest one of them all.

"Protocol 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 are all set of procedures and tactics allowed unto the normally elite Dai Li, each members capable of destroying the enemy when required absolutely and with absolutely no mercy, therefore his grace, our Eunuch, has made a set of the protocols for the Death Squad on how one can conduct themselves out in the field where communications are kept to an almost non-existent level, and orders are given through dead drops. 1 gives the Dai Li the combat ability of zero, being not threatening whatsoever as they fight to neutralize, to subdue completely and with stealth, kidnapping in other words where the target would be wanted without anyone having knowledge of who took them as evidence of Dai Li involvement is terminated. As for level 6... that means the Dai Li agent is free to use absolute force to kill the target without a concern for secrecy or safety. It is rarely used, and when it is, it is usually around very dangerous individuals to whom the Eunuch sees as a threat. Expect high casualty rate and complete restraint over civilian casualties, but that does not mean the Dai Li is reckless... simply free to destroy whatever is in their path to eliminate whoever is against China, even if someone wants to reform China... and to tell our glorious Monarch of these villains... so far I have yet to discover about the protocols in between 1 and 6..." - Journalist before he has disappeared and was mysteriously found dead floating around the Yellow river.
