Aleksei is slightly mentally unstable but he still has desires such as money he is willing to lend his services to anyone willing to pay for them but he really doesn't care about the money he makes he focuses more on how well he does his job he focuses imagines causing war on a global scale and only cares about achieving his goals
He is also very determined when it comes to achieving any goals he sets for himself he also has almost no care at all for the loss of human life his mental train of thought causes him to never take any situation seriously [*/code]
History:
[*code] Aleksei was born in what was the Ukraine war between the EU and Britannia had torn the land to shreds and Aleksei and his sisters grew up in a battlefield when Aleksei was 14 he was drafted into the Supernationalist Army and taken from his home when he turned 16 he deserted the army and returned to the Ukraine
When he returned to the Ukraine it was worse than when he had left it thousands of people in the Ukraine were dead or dieing including his Sister Dasha who had contracted Tuberculosis while treating people wounded during the fighting the fighting continued and eventually his second sister Tanya was killed in the crossfire between the EU and the Britannians
After that Aleksei lost all mental stability he felt a great anger he blamed the world for his pain and joined an International Terrorist Cell who organized mass terrorist attacks on the EU and the Britannians alike soon he rose to become the leader and is known as one of the most notorious international terrorists in the world [*/code]

Aleksei sat in a steel chair with his hands handcuffed behind his back "What is your name" A Man in a Black suit said sitting across the table from Aleksei
Aleksei looked up at the man "Makarov, Aleksei Makarov so is this the good cop bad cop routine i've seen it all before" Aleksei said smirking
"Are you proud of what you've done, you've destroyed the lives of thousands of innocent people" The man said leaning forward glaring at Aleksei
"Me Destroy? No I don't destroy lives I... well I believe that I help people appreciate it even more" Aleksei said with a smirk
"People do not appreciate the lives given to them until someone close to them has it taken away if they do not know loss they do not know how to properly live they're lives" Aleksei said
"And you think you have the right to make judgements like that?" The man asked
Aleksei sighed and leaned back in his chair crossing his legs "Judgement is the right of any human being" Aleksei said
"Your crazy" The man said standing up and placing his palms on the table
Aleksei smiled "I don't think so I think I'm unique, tell me have you ever experienced loss have you ever had to hold a loved one while they're life is drained away?" Aleksei asked
"No" The man said raising an eyebrow at Aleksei
Aleksei smiled "I have I held my own sister in my arms as she died from war and then i had to do it again as my other sister deteriorated from sickness you don't understand me so you can't call me crazy" Aleksei said
"You murdered thousands of people and you think that your doing the right thing?" the man asked
Aleksei shook his head "I'm not going to say what i've done is right all i'm going to say is that it was all necessary to make the world learn" Aleksei said
"Necessary?!" The man said slamming his palms onto the table
"Everything I do is necessary to make the world learn its lesson" Aleksei said
"Do you understand the crimes you've commited" The man said
Aleksei sighed "Crime what crime i've commited no crime" Aleksei said smiling
