» YOU'RE IN THEN OUTPERSONALITY Franz has a slightly sarcastic tone at all times when he speaks except on certain occasions. Franz also had a slight sadistic personality when in battle and has a tendency to collect the dogtags from his fallen opponents.Franz seems to thrive during war during times of peace he is easily agitated and is eager to get into any kind of fight with anyone. He is still however very loyal to the EU and would not betray them regardless of the circumstances. and lastly Franz has a slight soft spot for women but is also aware of how deceptive they can be
Also Franz is very observant in all situations and he is also a very quick thinker during combat and combines those two things to create effective tactical thought. Franz is also not afraid to question orders if he sees Flaws in them. Also he often scolds his subordinates if they do something that is against his orders and is not afraid to execute traitors. He looks down upon people who question they're own loyalty and will sometimes make an example out of those people if they serve under him.

HISTORY Franz was born in Berlin Germany his father was a Lieutenant in the German national defense force a force which was meant to defend Germany if the EU were to ever collapse. and his mother was a nurse in a military hospital it was there where his parents met when his father was injured in a training mission when his Father was released from the hospital he proposed to his mother had they had Franz a year into they're marriage
Franz was admitted into the German Military Academy near Munich when he turned 8 years old his father was strict and would scold Franz if he did not perform up to his standards this caused Franz to seek his father's approval which caused him to study hard to impress his father he scored high in all of his classes and tests also during his school life his urge for approval led to him becoming competitive he created a intimidating personality that would have all of his opposition feel inferior which is where he developed his sarcastic attitude this attitude would make his opposition feel inferior and weak
his Competitive attitude earned him a Liutenant position in the European Union army when he graduated school however all of his accomplishments were overlooked by his Father. Franz continued to try to gain his father's approval but nothing he tried worked his accomplishments however did gain him presitge with his superiors and he gained the rank of Captain when he was 20 years old he continued to climb the ranks in the army but he was still ignored by his Father until he was asked to take the title of Germany's Schwert it was then his father came to him and asked him to try to assassinate the Premier of the European Union his father was part of a Rebellion Group trying to seperate Europe again
Franz immediatly went to his superiors and told them of his Father's plan. Franz was promoted to the Champion rank Germany's Schwert and given the task of executing his father he executed his father infront of the entire world on live TV. he then participated in minor skirmishes with the Britannian Military on the border between Africa and Europe

RP-HISTORY I've rped for quite a while this will probably be the first time i tried to go for a high rank
SAMPLE Franz opened the cockpit of his Panzer Tiger and stared across the open plains of Africa he could see a line of Britannian Sutherlands rushing across the open plains toward him. Next to him there were other Panzer-Krupp Tiger Knightmare frames lined up behind them were a small army of Panzer Hummels "This is you commander speaking prepare to fire on my mark" Franz said into his radio he could hear the loading of the mounted 105mm Cannon on the Panzer Tigers
"Commander all units are ready to fire on the enemy waiting for your Mark" Franz's gunner said
Franz nodded "Affirmitive load Canister shells for maximum enemy casualties" Franz said staring across the planes at his enemy.
"Switching the Canister Shells for maximum firing effect" The Gunner said pressing a button on his command console. Franz listened to the familiar sound of a shell being loaded into the cannon
"Set fuse to 30 seconds after impact" Franz said
"Fuses set ready to fire!!" The Gunner said as the Sutherlands began to close the distance between the European military forces and the enemy
"Open Fire!!" Franz yelled over his command communication channel
Franz heard the roar of the cannons and saw dirt fly up where the shells landed
"Shell detonation in 20 seconds!!" The Gunner yelled as the Sutherlands came closer to they're lines
Franz pulled a detonator out of his pocket and pressed the button causing the shells to remote detonate shreding apart the Britannians lines with razor sharp shrapnel
"Britannian frontline in disarray!!" The Gunner said looking through the HITAI sight for the cannon
"Panzer hummels move out wipe up the stragglers " Franz said smirking hopping out of the frame and walking toward the smoking remains of the Britannian units he had some Dog Tags to collect
