HISTORY Hei Feng was born near Beijing his father was a Colonel in the Chinese Army when Hei Feng was old enough he was sent to a Military Academy near Shanghai when he was 10 his father was branded by the government as a traitor for aiding Britannia by giving them information and military secrets. The Secret Police entered Hei Feng's house and arrested his father and executed him outside of his house. the experience should have scarred him for life but when he saw how precise and how discreet the secret police was he longed to be one of them when he turned 18 his wish was granted
He was given the rank of Sergeant in the Army and was promised that when he had gained enough prestige with his superiors a spot in the Secret Police would be waiting for him he served loyally for years until he turned 20 years old he was then accepted into the Secret Police he quickly rose through the ranks until he reached 2nd in command of the secret police it was then the former captain believed that Hei Feng was becoming too influential and attempted to have him killed
When Hei Feng was leaving China on buisness the captain had a bomb planted in Hei Feng's plane fortunately the men sent to carry out the deed planted the bomb in the wrong plane and Hei Feng survived his trip was canceled and he was put in charge of the investigation within a month Hei Feng's investigation led back to the Captain the goverment put him in charge of the Secret Police his first order of buisness was to kill the former Captain he now continues his service as Captain

SAMPLE Hei walked toward a Black Jet with the Chinese Federation Government Insignia on it he had buisness in India some of the Govenors are currently plotting to seize control of India from the Chinese Federation of course this could not be allowed treason was rewarded with only one thing Death he was flanked by 4 guards as he walked toward the plane. before he could think an explosion rocked the ground and knocked him off his feet he saw debris flying everywhere and saw Flames shoot up toward the sky
The Guards quickly got to their feet "Sir this area is no longer secure we have to get indoors" A Guard said
Hei nodded and stood up and ran back toward the Terminal with the guards

"You tried to kill me didn't you" Hei said cradling a silenced USP.45 in his hands as he walked back in forth infront of a desk it was decorated with national symbols of the Chinese Federation
"It wasn't me I swear I've been framed Feng you are my best man why would I attempt to kill you" A man dressed in a Tan Military Officer uniform said you could see sweat rolling down the sides of his head
"I'm not stupid I was getting too powerful too hard to control you were afraid of me you wanted me dead so you could keep your position and sadly you failed" Hei said glaring at the man and raising the pistol
"I'm sorry Feng please!!" The man begged stepping out of his chair and backing against the window behind him his eyes wide in panic
Hei pulled the trigger and saw red blossom across the Captain's chest he pulled the trigger 5 more times and watched his former mentor slide down the window leaving a trail of blood on the glass
