Personality:
While initially the Royal Family's first prince to the long and coveted throne of Britannia, over time Alastair's development has shown him to be more of a bitter and complex man than a truly evil character; he is far closer to an anti-hero than a villain due to his past. Alastair wanted, more than anything, to have his place as heir to the Britannian throne and his father's love. Alastair believed, or has perhaps forced himself to believe, that recapturing Area 11, then Japan at the time, would demenstrate his ability to his father.
Alastair believes that a person becomes strong by having to struggle and fight for what they want. He has mentioned to Aya that he does not want to have good luck, because he feels he can control his own fate. He believes that he is marked unlucky and that the world is against him when he was banaished. Alastair's reaction to this perception of the world always being set against him is defiance in the form of an iron will and inflexible determination. Alastair is clever yet hot-headed, often letting his temper get the best of him. He rarely thinks his situations through, causing him to get in trouble numerous times. These traits are criticized by his uncle, and he appears to be trying to get more control of himself and think things through more.
Alastair has numerous contradictory traits, beliefs, and behaviors. For example, he is domineering and controlling, a result of being raised as Britanian royalty, and disdains working with people that he believes are inferior to him. Despite this, he adamantly refuses to view people as expendable. It was Alastair's belief that it is wrong to sacrifice able-bodied and willing troops as a diversionary tactic which led to his exile when he voiced his opinion and angered his father. During his banishment, Alastair displayed much zeal in pursuing Arella, using whatever he could to prove his worth to her without mentioning his nobility, marking her to be the first person who treated him as a regular person. He shows compassion to those close to him, choosing to rescue his family members when in any danger, rather than continue guiding a battle, and risked his own life in order to save a member of his family by using himself as a distraction.
Because the prospect of returning home and being forgiven was Alastair's sole motivation before meeting Arella, he is marked by abject despair at having lost his chance early at reganing his acceptance during the Battle of the Red Sun. He finds himself in perhaps the most dire situation possible--being hunted by his sister, the ruthless and relentless Ami, while attempting to survive as a penniless Civilian in Japan. Alastair has nothing, something he cannot seem to accept. At first, Alastair lashes out and turns to robbery, even stealing from those who have been kind to him. After some time, however, partially in thanks to a talk from a mysterious man, Alastair gains a more reasonable outlook. Although theft is still necessary from time to time, he refuses to steal from already needy people, or people who have shown him kindness. Alastair begins becoming more patient, kind, precise, and calculating; traits necessary to evade Ami's pursuit while staying incognito from local authorities.
These traits would become dominant after Alastair's pact with the Immortal, as afterwards he displayed a more optimistic attitude towards life and the world. However, Ami successfully tapped into and manipulated Alastair's desire for the love and approval of his father, and convinced him to betray the Immortal and become her ally. Although Alastair continued to insist that he had truly changed, he afterwards seems conflicted about his choices, and is uncomfortable with his betrayal of the Immortal.
After his return to Britannia, Alastair thinks he has everything he ever wanted: a position of honor, respect, and his father's love, and even more was able to bring Arella to the place and propose to her. However, he still feels angry and confused. He feels that his triumph is nothing like he imagined. At one point Alaistar's temper goes out of control, and gets into fights with several people. Later, he states that he is angry with himself, saying he doesn't know right from wrong.
History:
The beginning of his life began from many difficulties. Although he was first son to the Emperor of Britannia after the decision was made to defect from the U.F.N. He had heard Vicious rumor's that the reason Britannia had defected from the U.F.N was beacuse of the former nobility of Britannia, was still furious over the abolition of their statuses and ranks, organize and had been planing to rebel - leading all of the most powerful figures in Britannia to unite against the royalty. The Emperor had agreed to defect on the terms that the nobility would follow his rule and he saw this as a perfect political excuse for defecting from the U.F.N as well. Realizing that this much nationalism could serve to engulf the entire government in another war, the Britannian royal family returned to its old and rightful rule to controling the aristocracy, giving the nobles back their privileges and positions within the Imperial government.
With the holy empire of Britannia returning to its old ways the Emperor began to have mulitplie consorts which led to all members of the Imperial family to be trained in multiple ways whether it was as diplomats, politicians, ambassadors, or the usual military leadears. Before long his mother died but not before Alastair had a sister named Ami. The emperor would often compare the two as they grew up even with the age diffrence indications were clear as to who would have been the superior child. Alastair struggeled with everything he was taught while his sister a prodigy mastered anything that was set before her. His father even went far as to say that, "Ami was born lucky, Alastair was lucky to be born." Since then their father had always preffered his sister over hiim.
To prove his worth to his father at the age of 18 he set off to re-conquer Japan. After years of struggling his abilities had flourished and was one of the main contributing factors as to why Japan had been conquered once more. Although due to false information regarding the capture of one of his family members, Japan was able to gain an important victory and he was banished from the royal family. Now Alastair foprced to live in Japan during theconquest in which he began, his sister Ami took it upon herself to find and execute him. A year had gone by with Japan fighting on equal ground due to his blunder and Ami hunting him down at every corner he found Arella, his one day Fiancee. They spent time together and the more they did the closer they feel in love with each other. He never revealed his position of the world due to a number of possible consequeces each one horrible.
Even after finding the woman of his dreams he was still pursued by Ami, he made a painful decision to leave her but keep in contact through letters to avoid her sister from finding him. Eventually as his bad luck would have it he was cornered by his sister, and although she had full intentions to kill him, she played on his insecurities about his honnor and his fathers love and had tricked him into a temporilly truce to finish the Conquest on Japan. With the both of them working together Japan was crushed and once again introduced to the Area number system.
His execution would have been swift if not for the fact that during the one year hunt in which he sucessfuly evaded Ami, he came across an Immortal who had granted him the power of Geass. His sister surprisingly knowing about Geass and in an effort to capture the Immortal Ami offered a deal, all he had to do was lead her to the Immortal and his life would be the one he had dreamed about since birth. He accepted the deal betraying the Immortal the one friend who had stuck by him for so long to his twisted and evil sister. This conflicted with him greatly as he felt he no longer understood the concept between right and wrong.
Now at the age of tweenty his father had been mysteriously died and his will was that his first son succed him. This came as a complete shock to Britannia but accepted the former Emperors Will. Alsatair began to have his doubts as to why this had happened and began a secret orginization to discover the truth of all this bizzare occurences. Now, Alastair leads Britannia with skill almost surpassing all past Emperors before him, and having more questions then answers since the start of Britannian Secret Intelligence Service, he has announced the upcoming wedding between him and his fiancee Arella.
Goal or Dream:
To create a perfect world and start his new family with Arella

Faction:(The Holy Empire of Britannia)
Geass:Description:"The Bonds" can recognize relationships, and how powerful the link is between the two people in the relationship and can strengthen or weaken any relationship.
Efficency:(This ability is actually quite valuable in the hands of someone who knows how to use it. For example, imagine The Geass Usser on the battle field. He sees the binding ties between the enemy the guard faces, invisible to everyone minus the Geass user by an intangible colored ribbon. They can tell who the leader is just by watching the way the others are tied to him or her. They can see how to destroy the resistance simply by picking off a few key people. They don’t just see romantic relationships, but also ties of family and friends, loyalty and devotion. They can tell if any given person would die for another. Off the field of battle, This Geass is valuable politically. It’s an amazing Geass in a diplomatic situation. Plus, when you’re sitting on an empire, it’s nice to be able to see when someone’s loyalty starts wavering. Or if anyone is getting too fond of anyone else.)
Range: 500 Meter range
Downside: This is effect however doesnt come without a price after the first instant of recieving this Geass they are forced to tie all their emotions with an object or person (this case Aya). If the something were to happen to the Vessel (If Aya died) then Alastair would become overwhelmingly lethargic and apathetic to the point that their own Ribbon becomes grey to everyone they have had any connection with making him nothing more than a puppet.

*Brief example of Role Play:
This is form a Twilight RP since I wanna finish my application already sorry guys.
Michael only stared at the floor as he caught every bit of what Katie said. He then continued to stare at the floor while he replied to Katie, "How about you be careful with who you involve yourself. I'm stronger, faster, smarter, and more skilled than Jackson so if you really wanna catch me in a foul mood you hold your tongue around me.' He looked away from the floor for a moment he was a bit ashamed of what he said, a century ago he told Jackson that he was in need of growing up and by the looks of it Michael was the one acting so very immature.
He was about to apologize to Katie but before a single sound could leave his mouth. His eyes were in shock. Standing before him he saw Vidia. He blinked several times to make sure that the angelic figure that stood before them was truly her not some kind of delusion he was experiencing. And due to Katie being in the room he couldn't ignore what he wanted to say before long his lip quivered and he spoke. His voice had melodic tone, a sound that made anyone no matter what they were fall at ease and be left mesmerized in utter awe.
"Love is mental illness. But it's a pleasurable one. It's a drug. It distorts reality, and that's the point of it. It would be impossible to fall in love with someone that you really saw, The angelic visage that left all men in awe stood before me. What caused me the greats sense of happiness and the darkest pain imaginable. Love that we can not have is the one that lasts the longest, hurts the deepest and feels the strongest...."
He stared at Katie and Jackson for a moment his eyes reflecting every inch of envy. They were Vampires monsters considered to most humans yet the notion of a human and Vampire falling in love with each other was almost inconceivable for anyone who did not experience love. His eyes flickered back to Vidia as unknowingly his movement began to shift its weight and his graceful movements had been restored. In no time at all he disappeared to Vidia's side as he looked into her eyes. It was more than that before when Michael had looked at Rosalie his eyes went past her almost as if she didn't exist, but as he looked into Vidia's eyes he looked not at her beauty but past that...his eyes looked into her soul.
"The greatest thing you'll ever learn. Is to love and be loved in return. What lies behind us, and what lies before us are tiny matters, insignificant compared to what lies within us, What belongs to you is not only my love, my life, my eternity, But every conceivable aspect both the tangible and the intangible. I missed you "
His face expressed how much pain he felt from Vidia's reaction. Not only had he said what he was feeling about Vidia due to Katie's influence and he made a mental note to get her back one day, but he felt a horrible wave of pain crash his body. He threw a quick glance at Jackson hopeful he could understand what he meant before his red eyes lit up even brighter than before. He activated his ability and froze only the room where the four of them were. He quietly raced up to find Rosalie and Vidia. Due to his ability Jasper, Katie, and Jackson were unable to hear hat Vidia and Rosalie were saying luckily for him he caught most of it between the two of them as best as he could.
He barrged in forgetting all the pain he was holding with in. HIs face showed nothing but the utmost concern after hearing all of this. When he and Vidia were together she only mentioned that her sister wanted to kill her and he promised he would always protect her. When she broke his heart after the encounter with Remiel he was deppendent on him taking care of her but from the sounds of it he was no where in sight. He left the person he regarded to be his whole existence in the hands of some one so irresponsible and uncaring he wasnt going to make that mistake ever again he was going to make sure not only that Remiel payed but that all those who had injured her caused her any form of pain would pay dearly for what happened.
"Vidia I can help you, you may not remember me right now but memories that are in the mind may fade and disappear but the ones we hold dear, the ones that no matter how deep they may be burried wont disappear. I'm still in your heart deep down somewhere and I'll save you I can do that for you who I love. I may not have been around as long as you Vidia but, since my father told me about the greates experience possible I sprent my eternity looking for her and when I saw you I knew I finally found her. But I lost you to someone else and instead of following what was in my heart and fight for your love, I thought that...maybe it was better for you to be...with out me. I began to believe that idiotic cliché."
He walked closer to Vidia his bright red eyes glowing as he stared into her's. " You'll get over it...' It's the clichés that cause the trouble. To lose someone you love is to alter your life for ever. You don't get over it because 'it' is the person you loved. The pain stops, there are new people, but the gap never closes. How could it? The particularness of someone who mattered enough to grieve over is not erased by anyone not even in death. This hole in my heart is in the shape of you and no one else can fit. The memory of love is sweet, It can whiter the most deadly of pains as it purifys both the heart and mind."
