» YOU'RE IN THEN OUTPERSONALITY
Motivated, driven, ruthless, short-tempered, and self-righteous. Victoria is a personification of everything the world hates about Britannia. A noble with airs of grandeur and no moral compass. Her birth right is that of power, and anyone who dares imply she does not deserve this power needs to be put in their place through humiliation or simply violence.
Victoria is well-mannered, but far from a lady. She behaves more like a gentleman, refusing to wear skirts or dresses, and demanding respect as head of her noble house. Victoria has been known to challenge people to duels when offended. Much like any other noble, Victoria is a firm believer of social darwinism, as well as a believer in keeping Britannian nobility pure-blooded, making her rather prejudiced against peoples of other nationalities. She specially despises Elevens, and anyone with a strong religious conviction, given she paints them as ‘dangerously driven by nonsense’.

HISTORY
First born to Bianca and Thomas Covenant, Victoria was thus named after many years of the couple trying to conceive a child and failing. Sally was born two years after Victoria, and Jeremiah was born five years after, being the youngest. Victoria, however, was always treated far better than her siblings, which is saying a lot. Victoria was always treated as the heir to the Duke tittle of her father, and for such was raised like a gentleman rather than a lady. Victoria was a noble tomboy, if that makes sense, and to this day she still dresses in feminine version of male suits rather than wear a dress.
Victoria took an interest in the military early in her life. Her father was a national hero, and Victoria, being daddy’s girl, wanted to follow on his footsteps. Nothing was beyond Victoria’s wishes, given the wealth of her family. By age 6 she knew how to wield a sword and a gun, by age 12 she knew how to pilot a knightmare. Meanwhile, Victoria excelled in her studies, and by age 10 she was enlisted, by her wishes, into a Britannian military academy. Here Victoria pushed herself to her limits and beyond, being treated like any other citizen, given nobility meant nothing in these days. In her home she was taught the meaning of nobility, even if it had been abolished. The Covenants were all for the reinstatement of their rightful tittles, and Victoria had been raised with these believes as well.
Victoria became top of her class. Her attitude towards her classmates was at times hindered by social status. Sure the nobility had been abolished, but Victoria was raised in these principles, and she would only associate with those who were of once-noble blood... specially those who were pure-blooded Britannian. In high school Victoria realized she didn't have an attraction for the opposite gender. The few that tried to court her failed miserably, given her mentality of strength. The poor sucker that actually succeeded at courting her became a miserable young man who was constantly emotionally abused and emasculated publicly by Victoria. Most of these instances were truly accidental... but alas, the relationship was a failure. Victoria attempted another relationship later on, but it was at the prospect of intimacy that Victoria found herself not interested. A man could be a comrade, a friend, a confidant, but she realized she would always abuse of men in a relationship because she didn't want to be intimate with them, be it sexually or emotionally. However, the idea of being intimate with a woman was far more appealing. Victoria, however, never managed to test this in the academy.
By age 18 Victoria joined the Britannian military with an Officer rank. Victoria’s insertion into the military was seamless. She had been preparing herself her entire life for it. It wasn’t long before her exploits in combat became the rumors of fellow soldiers. The daughter of Thomas Covenant, war hero, seeking to outdo her father. To Victoria the glory was second to the actual joy of being in combat. It was Victoria’s demand to be sent to every post that was under fire. Some claimed Victoria had a death wish, but those who served close to her knew that this was not the case. Victoria seemed to live for the glory of battle, of victory. Her name, it seems, was very well suited. Victoria was never satisfied unless she delivered the final blow to end a battle.
When the noble rebellion started, Victoria stood in the sidelines and let it happen. She didn’t jeopardize her position in the military by aiding, nor did she go against her personal wishes by stopping it. She did show her gratitude when her family’s tittle was reinstated, and with the social rise in rank also came her military blood lust. Driven by this new honor, she did not hold back. Now she was truly seeking to outdo her father. She would not stop until this was accomplished.
Victoria, along with Thomas, were part of the active invasion force of Egypt. Victoria succeeded in her affairs, however, Thomas was not so lucky. His unit fell to an Egyptian ambush, and he was promptly executed. This news struck a blow on the Covenant family, but most of all, it struck a blow to Victoria. Her hero, and most prized family member had fallen to the enemy.
Shortly after Egypt was conquered. Victoria was not allowed to follow through with her vengeance. This made her furious, and her personality grew into a bitter one. After the conquest of Egypt, Victoria returned to the homeland to burry her father. Victoria soon returned to the front lines, by now a Captain at age 25.
The Covenant family earned a second loss just a year after Thomas’ death. This time it was Bianca who died, though not in battle, but rather to illness. Bianca never fully recovered from the death of her husband, and when she became ill she found it difficult to recover to full health. Victoria returned to the Covenant Estate, and was declared Dutchess and head of the Covenant family. Victoria took the tittle with pride.
It was in Area 11 that Victoria’s top exploit came to be. Victoria was part of the invasion force, bringing victory after victory for Britannia. In the battle of Shinjuku Victoria unleashed all her fury, successfully decimating a great portion of the opposing forces in a feat of prowess that became nearly legendary. This feat is what earned her the nickname “Pale Death”, due to her white knightmare.
After the conquest of Japan Victoria returned to her family's estate to finish finalizing affairs. Being the Dutchess of the Covenant, she officially placed her sister in charge of the estate, received her medal for heroic deeds in Japan, then requested to return to Area 11 to help keep the civilians in line. Victoria was granted her request, and she is now stationed in Area 11 until further notice, happily putting the Elevens in their place by any means necessary.
