Standing before the door that led to the Sword of Akasha, Alastair waited for Anderson along with Hebe to arrive. Today he wanted to inspect the new Soldier Tristan. Wear his usaualy black robes, he wondered how useful the soldier was now going to be, it all depended on his attitude and actions. Man was a curious being they are born to be genetically imperfect but that fact alone is what makes them perfect. A crooked smile crept up slowly, he found the whole idea of him musing over the philosophical aspect interesting. Lately it seemed as if thats all he ever did, the mundaine affairs he was so preocupied with before out side of the World of C were growing tiresom and tedious.
He studied what he could see of the large scientific city and felt calm, he was able to understand why Anderson never left this place it was a perfect habitat for him. He checked his watch and muttered to himself, "Where the devil are those three?" He had another meeting with his advisors and he was running out of excuses to tell them where he had been all day. He smiled at his last excuse they were becoming so unrealistic, the last excuse he said was ' Im sorry i guess i lost track of time sitting under my faviorite cherry blossom tree.' He placed a hand to his chin as he thought about it again, that actually did seem like something he would do even as the Emperor.

Anderson. He always had fun with the bimbos. Always in that room of his that he so lavishly spent his money on to make it the ultimate harem. His prize. His trophy for his personal friends... and lovers to behold. Were it that he was aware his Emperor was here. He would've taken the first opportunity and left the room! Unfortunately, it was not the case. He was too busy enjoying his time with a blonde, good looking mistress smearing her lips all over his cheeks. Leaving a smudgy lipstick mark on it. That wasn't the only love mark, there were other questionable traces of love all over the room as well. Then suddenly! A message flashed right through his cell phone he left on the table. It reads... "Emperor Alastair De Britannia is here. Inspection is at hand."
Great choice in secretaries for Anderson. At least he was warned of this.
Taking his chance, he planted a soft nip on the mistress's lips. Donning his clothing, he carelessly buttoned his red noble coat. Creases were everywhere. It was a bit untidy, but will have to do. Another component was to pull up his pants, button it as well, pull his boots up, cuff the cuffs, swipe the flaxen blonde hair back, AND pull his gloves on.
Perfect.
At least now he looked semi-proper, albeit ignoring the creases and the lipstick on his cheek which he forgot about out. In just a quick scuffle, he ran out of the room. He waved goodbye to his blessed precious. Sprinting right across the hallway in order to where his 'brother' and Emperor was.
Gasping. (It will be represented through a "heh")
"Heh...heh... heh... brother! It's so nice to meet you here! I was awaiting for you... I just never had ANY idea how soon you'll be here. So... I do see that you've taken a fancy to the underground city, haven't ya?" He gave that smirk to Alastair, that same smirk he is well known for by the ladies of the court and the jealous gentleman, "I believe Hebe's going to take a tad bit long to get here... or not... maybe she'll just be busy killing another test subject... not that it concerned me."
He rolled his eyes. It wasn't like he'd care about them. That roll of an eye was mostly an indication of how ridiculous the notion of Anderson getting soft is. An interpretation, that's all.

He studied his brother for a moment and noticed everything that made him stand out and indicate exactly what he had been doing before he got her. Clearing his throat he decided to over look that fact he knew how much his brother enjoyed...the human body. "I hope I wasn't interrupting anything thin, of course i only say this knowing full well how much time you spend studying the human anatomy." He stretched slightly before he continued with his business.
Right before he was about to talk his brother informed him of Hebe's doing. He gave a disdsaproving look before he finally continued. "Obviously im not here on a casual visit. Im here to inspect Captain Tristan. I hope that isnt a problem, see theres certain things i would like to view myself about the subject. I know you would understand, brother." He looked Stoiclly at the cities flashing walls. Right now he was suppose to be in a meeting but deided to let his younger siblings fill in for him after all they could use the experience in diplomacy. Issues with the Chinese Dynasty were not hol;ding over well and of course tension's were raising on the Chinese Dynasty's front being torne in half on whether they should trust his nation or if they should join with the Black Knights.
But even the Black Knights were in trouble Britanian Intel. revealed that Zero was currently missing, and he had been currently planning out an invasion on Pengail Island to end the whole nonsense with the Black Knights. Striking their capital when Zero is missing would prove to be not only a crush blow to their military strenght but a massive blow to their overall morale.
"Now you said something about Hebe, correct? would you care to bring her here as well i have business with that woman as well."

"I hope I wasn't interrupting anything then, of course i only say this knowing full well how much time you spend studying the human anatomy."
Interrupting anything? Does it mean that Alastair knows of his activities? Not that Anderson would care. He's his 'brother', and he always bragged about how much women in the court he has gotten under his flirty whims to do what he pleases. It's natural to presume that he let's his natural carnal instincts take ahold of him. Albeit not in a faithful manner.
"Right... I am a doctor, you know how full well I appreciate the anatomy of the opposite sex, seeing that they fascinate me the most. Especially in... 'hand's-on' experiments involving the human body." Anderson proclaimed in his usual brash manner, albeit with respect.
"Obviously im not here on a casual visit. Im here to inspect Captain Tristan. I hope that isnt a problem, see theres certain things i would like to view myself about the subject. I know you would understand, brother. So he held suspicions about Tristan? Smart man.
"Tristan, Tristan, Tristan. Of course it isn't a problem. You may inspect him, heck, even kill him if you please... well try to. He's the epitome of superhuman evolution! Given his regenerative abilities, you may test him out in any way you please. We're just one step closer to immortality now that we've had a scientific breakthrough like this!" Anderson was excited now. It was obvious because of his high pitched squealing of delight after his speech. He was the kind to love these achievements AND be noted for them. The Britannian scientist who has discovered a way to eliminate aging and cure death! That's the kind of person he wants to be... through illegal means of course.
"Now you said something about Hebe, correct? would you care to bring her here as well i have business with that woman as well." Perhaps his interest in Hebe has to do with his personal romantic affection that took place that Anderson managed to spot? Or maybe serious business? There's only one way to find out.
"Ah yes, Miss Vasilakis, dealer of the devil, cheater of death, and quite the looker if I say so myself. If anything, I don't know where she is, but by now, I think she should be here, or at least stroll around here... that is if she's still in this wonderful city." Anderson explained, drooping his head a tad bit low and giving a sigh of worry.
Raising his head once more, he gave a smirk to Alastair.
"I may have to mention that later on, I'll be popping a visit to Area 11 for a little visit. Just need to check up on a few things for myself. Probably get myself some of those great wine from Area 11 called Saki or was it Sake? Can't really tell, but you get my point." Phillippe proposed, "Perhaps you can get yourself a disguise and wind down a bit, brother."

Hebe smiled into her pillow, arms akinbo beside her head. The guard next to her gurgled pleasently. She sat up and kissed his cheek as he bled a little. "Sweet baby bumkin, turn into a pumpkin, all pretty and witty and dead." She'd dallied with him before and he was lovely. He also thought she was fond enough of him to be with him for always. She had to be the bearer of bad news and disillusion him. Apparently she'd stolen his heart. So there it was, staining the sheets.
*Knock* A pale head poked in. "Ma'am? The Emperor wishes to see you at the Sword room." Hebe grinned lazily and stood up. She stretched and ran her hands down her skin, smeering red all over. 'Bishop brings good tidings. Good boys deserve dessert.' She hooked her toes around her discarded dress and pulled it on, a wispy thing that would most definatly be stained.
"Erm, ma'am? Maybe you should clean up a little? Or at least put on some underthings? He is the Emperor.." She smiled at the boy and walked past him. "Clean that mess up or I'll eat your heart too."
The walk was fast. She arrived in time to hear the good Doctor sing her praises. "Ah yes, Miss Vasilakis, dealer of the devil, cheater of death, and quite the looker if I say so myself. If anything, I don't know where she is, but by now, I think she should be here, or at least stroll around here... that is if she's still in this wonderful city."
She snuck behind them and bounced up, wrapping her arms around Bishop's back. "Hear ye, here's me. To what do I owe the flattery?"

Alastair rolled his eyes as he watched Hebe´s little outburts."Well now that two of the three people i wanted to talk to are here i suppose this will have to suffice for the moment." He took a few strides toward his brother and hebe as a dull expression crossed his face. There hadnt been anything in the mortal world that was keeping his intrests even more so with the fact that The Black Knights had not made a single move since the return of Zero. This made getting his hands on the Chinese Dynasty a harder claim any move the britannian military would make to get the territory would only provide a shocking reaction of obvious conquest and that in turn woud only give countries to ally themselves against Britannia like before.
"Anyway i hope this is of no real consequence to the both of you but im currently working out a new conquest stratagy and it seems that your Super soldiers work in perfectly to this scenario. So how about we put them to a test." He paused for a moment and inspected Andersons and hebes reactions. "You see for my plan to work im going to need to specififc soldiers turned into super soldiers, no doubt brother will have his fun changing them." His eyes narrowed to Hebe and his Geass flared" Hebe i m going to need you to abduct a soldier within the Chinese Dynasty, The E.U, and The Black Knights one of each. Your free to capture them any method you want just make sure that when you bring them to anderson there still in one pecie enough for brother to work on. Can you do that for me?"

Hebe pouted at Bishop's lackluster reaction as his dismissed her generous hug. She twirled to Anderson and posed like a ballerina.
"Anyway, I hope this is of no real consequence to the both of you but I'm currently working out a new conquest stratagy and it seems that your Super soldiers work in perfectly to this scenario. So, how about we put them to a test." Hebe only cocked her head, resting her hands against Rook's arm as her leg rose up behind her in a prima ballerina arch.
"You see, for my plan to work I'm going to need specififc soldiers turned into super soldiers, no doubt brother will have his fun changing them." His eyes narrowed to Hebe and his Geass flared. She scowled and slapped the air in front of him. 'None of that, meistro.'
"Hebe, I'm going to need you to abduct a soldier within the Chinese Dynasty, The E.U, and The Black Knights; one of each. You're free to capture them with any method you want. Just make sure that when you bring them to Anderson, they're still in one piece, enough for brother to work on. Can you do that for me?"
Hebe widened her eyes to the point of pain, twisting her head sharply parallel to her shoulder. Soldiers, one each of enemy's clutch, led like rats by the piper to the river's edge. "Delicious. I shall lick them clean of self and soul. Do my cakes have names or am I locked in a bakery for a night of sick stomaches and wandering fingers?" She licked the tip of one of her fingers, the still wet blood coating her tongue.

"Anyway i hope this is of no real consequence to the both of you but im currently working out a new conquest strategy and it seems that your Super soldiers work in perfectly to this scenario. So how about we put them to a test?" Music to Anderson's ears. He'll get his awaited chance to test his lovely creations out, like a father seeing his children reach their potential.
"You see for my plan to work im going to need to specific soldiers turned into super soldiers, no doubt brother will have his fun changing them." Well, wasn't that already part of the plan? Anderson knew that not all soldiers can be turned into super soldiers... no... only a specific few can survive to become powerful enough to survive this nearly fatal operation, Tristan was one of them. An itching sense from Phillippe tells him that Hebe will be enjoying this, the kidnapping that is. He knew her tastes, and savours it for it works in his favour... well as long as it isn't counter-productive.
"Hebe, I am going to need you to abduct soldiers within the Chinese Dynasty, The Euro Universe, and the Black Knights, one from each. You're free to capture them with any method you want, just make sure that when you bring them to Anderson there still in one piece, enough for my brother to work on. Can you do that for me?" How delightful! More experiments to conduct, Miss Vasilikis gets her fun, AND Anderson gets more toys to tinker with. Turning ugly stones into diamonds!
"Delicious. I shall lick them clean of self and soul. Do my cakes have names or am I locked in a bakery for a night of sick stomaches and wandering fingers?" With this Immortal, there's always riddles. Not too hard to comprehend for Anderson, perhaps for Alastair? One thing's for sure, a sinister grimace plagues Phillippe's features as he felt a sort of high that'll come from this onslaught of new subjects to work on. A step towards perfection, and perhaps even salvation from Anderson's one and only true enemy that he hopes to save everyone from, but mainly him first; Death.
Hebe is a testament to Phillippe on cheating death, she's Immortal, and won't be going back to the Collective Consciousness anytime soon. Phillippe would like that as well, but first, he needs to make the process safe for himself, then he can move on to cure the entire masses of an elite few from death itself, the skilled workers. He is a Darwinist after all. An inherent trait possessed by those who have lived under Emperor Charles zi Britannia. Namely his grandfather, Julius, has told Anderson's father, Augustus, of his Darwinist views dogmatically. In turn, Phillippe has inherited this from his good old father. In just every way, he is an idealist really. In a sense, he's found a cure for death, poverty, crime, corruption, overpopulation, AND war! Wipe out the entire human race and allow the few components that are vital to society functioning to live! Too bad no one knows of his true ulterior motives, not even his family, or his 'Brother'.
"How delightful! A chance for me to get my hands dirty once more. It has been quite sometime I've had a proper surgery, besides Mr. Leodegrance." He voiced with malicious intent. "And do let me tell you this, my dear Eris. The cake do have names, but the names are the only variables that has yet to be uncovered, therefore, take a slice from the cakes. Make sure it's just as much as possible. The more the merrier, for the factors of this procedure is determined by the chaotic variable of x. Meaning the more you kidnap, the more super soldiers we have, and those who are made a mess by this surgery... you can have your fun with them. Heh heh." A chuckle just showed how optimistic towards this opportunity to carve art into the human canvas with the assistance of an equally optimistic cheater of death, and the puppet master of men's souls.

Surprisingly, a call rang through on Anderson's trusty cell phone. Even more of a surprise was the name that showed through on the screen and displayed who exactly was calling...
Tristan Leodegrance.
Just what the young Captain would be doing calling the doctor could only be discovered once the phone was answered, but Tristan had a hunch that his call wouldn't go ignored.

"The cakes as you so charmingly put it dont have any names. After all the specimens needed are those who have superior geneics that can withstand such an experiment so i really did not choose any soldiers in specific. See if i chose the wrong soldier and they end up missing that will cause suspicion for the factions not to mention im sure my sister will start to look around at all other factions for Anderson and i still would rather keep my sweet little siste out of the loop...im not sure if their open to what we are taking upon ourselves here."
Alatair carefully analayzed the micro expressions of his brother and that demented women. Since Alastair first used his geass and up until now those moments were he activated Geass were rare but lately his geass has been activating on its own more and more often. Just a moment ago his geass had activated again on its own for the third time this week. He wasnt aware of why thi was suddenly happening to him....at first he thought that if he went to his brother to analyze why his geass was activating he might provide so informaation but sadly this was a supernatural gift something that would not bend to the laws of science. Hebe was the only person who he could talk to about this strange abnormality since the person who originalgave him his power was somewhere in Japan.
"Hebe...my geass has been activating on its own and it worries me. This isnt the first time its been happening but if you have any knowledge of what is occuring please shed some light on it for me."

Hebe clapped happily. Joy! Rapture! Out there, three delicious souls were ripe for the stealing. She smirked behind her hands, spread like a fan in front of her. They would no longer need them after the good doctor was finished; why not give such flighty things to a loving caretaker who would joyously devour them? A soul is a terrible thing to waste. She paused. Or was that a mime? A mind? She shrugged and clasped her hands above her head in an Indian crown.
But who to choose? A Chinese blunderer, a Dark Avenger, and a Holy Knight. She cocked her head thoughtfully. 'Or, perhaps, a Royal knight.' Her dearest would love her for such a ploy.
"Hebe..." She adopted another dance pose and looked at her Bishop. "My geass has been activating on its own and it worries me. This isn't the first time its happened, but if you have any knowledge of what is occurring, please shed some light on it for me."
Hebe froze and stared at him, cocking her head sideways in small jerky increments. She shook a finger at him and twirled into his chest. "Nay, my lordship of silver and silt. A man may only know his fate from his maker. A contract, my lord of lies." She tapped his lips with her finger, smearing a gruesome kind of lipstick. "It is absolute and unbreakable. The conditions through which it is applied are undeniable. You made a vow. No matter what acts of treachery are committed, you will fulfill your purpose."
She trailed her hand down, drawing red lines. Standing on her tippy-toes, she leaned to kiss his ear. "Think hard, my briefest love. What was it you swore on bended knee and crossed heart?"

"The cakes as you so charmingly put it don't have any names. See if I chose the wrong soldier and they end up missing that will cause suspicion for the factions not to mention I am sure my sister will start to look around at all other factions for Anderson and I still would rather keep my sweet little sister out of the loop... I am not sure if their open to what we are taking upon ourselves here." His Highness and Pact Brother said. Great points, but they weren't that worrisome to Phillippe. After all, if his sister were to discover, Anderson has thought about it, 'Why not use the new device?' comes to mind.
If anything were to go wrong, a memory wipe would work best, get rid of the Princess's memories and make her squeaky clean in the cranium. Maybe even wipe her memory of Anderson ever existing to make it the the less suspicious than it already is. Although if that was the case, then her sister; Ayame will have to get memory wiped as well, they are the only two actively interested and actively aware of Anderson. The rest of the family's knowledge of the Doctor wouldn't matter as much. The only fault to this is that the new device is currently in testing, and it isn't within his specialty.
"Hebe...my Geass has been activating on its own and it worries me. This isnt the first time its been happening but if you have any knowledge of what is occuring please shed some light on it for me." Thinking upon this, Anderson figures it out. In his terms, this should probably be some sort of a distortion. Something he has noted before within his records. A phenomenon probably between the Contractor and the Contractee. Although he'd rather be silent about this, the devil herself answered his Pact Brother's query.
"Nay, my lordship of silver and silt. A man may only know his fate from his maker. A contract, my lord of lies. It is absolute and unbreakable. The conditions through which it is applied are undeniable. You made a vow. No matter what acts of treachery are committed, you will fulfill your purpose. Think hard, my briefest love. What was it you swore on bended knee and crossed heart?" Now that he thinks about it, Phillippe does remember the Contractor that he's got from Alastair, performing all of those experimentations and extracting so much of his cells. Something about him turning that Contractor in because of his deal with his haughty sister. Funny thing is that Anderson only met her once, but that's about it. She wasn't that much of a looker to him, and she was so dry in personality. She was something sinister, and dirty underhanded actions like these floats her boat. That's all that Anderson can think of when she comes to mind.
"I have a theory you would be most pleased to hear, Alastair. Those cells that I have extracted from your Contractor, it has the capabilities to endow the user Geass. Not Geass that effects primarily the mind as others do, but rather, change the physical landscape. It's all but a thought, I'll be performing experimentations, all with Miss Vasilikis's help in gathering this cauldron's ingredients." Said the Doctor, his attention locking unto the cheater of death.
"My dearest Eris, perhaps at one point, I may have to make a pact with the Devil were I to feel it would be in my best interests. The power of the Kings is tempting, too tempting. Something I have researched and studied quite a while, a cult of the Geass directed by me, and ironically I don't have it, the very thing I direct and research. But as they say, these are simply thoughts, a whisper through the head. Shall those whispers become actions? Or shall they remain within the deepest vaults within one's consciousness? That we shall let time decide." Phillippe gives a faint and subtle smirk. A plan at hand. Alas, his self-centered meditation will have to wait. He has a phone call to answer. Not surprisingly, he's gotten a phone call from Tristan, although the only surprising aspect was at this time out of all the times. "Will be back in a minute or two, your Highness."
Pacing away, a good enough hearing distance. Just about right. No eavesdropping to be expected. Flipping his phone, bracing it against his ear. "Why hello Tristan, I trust you're enjoying your newly found status as the first Excellens Sapiens Vir? The newest evolution branch of humanity."

Those words brought back memories, memories that he didn't want to remember but haunted him in his dreams. When he had first been given his geass by his immortal, it was given with a condition. The condition was something he thought about everyday since than on how to accomplish. The immortal gave him a great power and all Alastair wanted to do was pay the person back. Unfortunately his sister Ami hunted him down she knew about the immortals and worse than that she knew Alastair inside and out. She told him all the right things he wanted to hear, she gave him all the things he had lost....in that one instant of weakness he caved in to her and sold out the immortal.
Since than Alastair has had nightmares of the betrayal he caused. The only reason he created the Britannian Secret Intelligent Service was to find out what happened to the immortal, it was their only goal to accomplish and the only headway they had done was locate the immortal in Area 11. This was why he was going to have his wedding in Area 11 open to a multitude of people around the world. With his vessel and himself located in such an open wide area it would be the best chance for his Immortal to get to either one of them.
Alastair was never a stupid man, he knew every action he took had a consequence which is why he planned out so carefully every move up until now. The wedding was the place where Hebe and Anderson would begin the abduction process sine he planned to invite honored members of The Chinese Dynasty, The E.U, and well known members of The Black Knights. Sylvanna would be in charge of security for the wedding, Alastair had already taken into account her intellectual level which is why he had already taken care of all files related to him but he was sure that sylvanna would realize that Anderson would most likely show up there. With that taken into account the security was sure to be at its best and he would also have his chance for finding the immortal. Either way if any of his plans had gone a miss he had found someone willing to take his place. Everything had been taken into consideration.
"Thank you Hebe once again you never fail to enlighten me." He said sarcastically. His eyes turned around to Anderson to hear his theory. "Well know i see who's the more helpful person around here. Thank you brother. There is only one last thing i would like to mention to both of you before i must take my leave from both of you. When i have the wedding I would like both of you to come as my invited guests, as much as i would like my brother to be my best man, enemies eyes will be everywhere. That being said this is the perfect place to hold the abduction process. I trust the rest to your capable hands"

"Thank you Hebe once again you never fail to enlighten me." Hebe sniffed and bit down on his ear as punishment. She hopped of him and turned her back to the two males. 'Silly badger. I tell more than you think.' She happily ignored them and her fallen advice.
Behind her, the good doctor called her. "My dearest Eris, perhaps at one point, I may have to make a pact with the Devil, were I to feel it would be in my best interests." She kept her back to him and scoffed loudly. He knew nothing, for all his knowledge and tinkering and dissecting. A contract was not made to befit anyone but a contractor. It was a faerie gift; what was most wanted with a sting in the tail that made them regret ever wanting it in the first place. Asking it of her was the most moronic thing the man could do. The 'power of kings' was a misleading name for one man and his one geass. The man was now dead, and his legacy in ruins.
"Silly rabbit," she murmured. "Tricks are for kids."

"Why hello Tristan, I trust you're enjoying your newly found status as the first Excellens Sapiens Vir? The newest evolution branch of humanity." "Being an abomination isn't something I can enjoy, Anderson. I don't have any other choice, though," the blonde-haired Captain responded bluntly. At the very least, though, it showed that he was gradually accepting his...condition. Where once he was beyond emotion or ability to come to terms with what Anderson had done, it seemed now that he at least acknowledged it. Speaking with a more neutral tone, Tristan went on to say, "Send Hebe to pick me up. I'm sick of playing guessing games with my own body, and I understand you're the only one who really knows what's going on with me."He was succinct. To the point. Tristan didn't like Anderson, nor did he enjoy being in the ghost city Anderson and Hebe were based in As he said, however, it was necessary.
