Description:: My geass that I thought of, is basically a geass that can be used when ever you desire. It's mature and full use is usually when the geass user hits a certain mature age. (Like ten years old, etc.) It allows you to jump at a large height and land safely on your feet. It also can allow you to almost hover/fly in mid air. It does run out after a bit, being it does hurt your vision if you use it too long. With it hurting your vision, you would want to use it for approximately five minutes at most. (Especially when fighting.)
Efficency:: As Ninso, who was running from the big school gang that was looking for her, looked back to see if anyone had known her location yet. She almost forgotten that the students that attended Ashvord Academy had not obtained the powers she was gifted with. She had almost slid to a stop, as she realized that. Then she blinked a few times, trying to figure out why she hadn't thought of this before. She then tightly shut her eyes and waited for her power to come to her. When her eyes opened, she looked straight and a slight power with in her rose from the bottom of her feet to the top of her head. She knew she could jump at any limit that she wanted. With that, she pushed off of her feet and leaped onto the nearest rooftop.
Feeling her right eye, which was her geass eye, begin to loose vision, she shut her eyes again. The power she had obtained, slowly drained out of her. She opened her eyes again and looked around. She was almost thirty feet above the school grounds. She took a step forward and peered down. She saw a bunch of students scrambling about.
Range:: Ninso, if she had pleased, could let her geass be used on another person near her, but it would only effect her if she used it over her time limit. The range would have to be atleast ten feet away from her. She would have to have direct contact with the other person. Which means eye contact.
DownSide:: The user of this geass could only use it for five minutes, with out loosing sight for a bit. After they stop using the geass for a few minutes, they may use it again. It all depends on whether you are a master at it or not. If you use it for over five minutes, you could faint where you stand.
Explain:: Ninso was naturally born with the birth mark of a geass symbol on her foot. With that symbol, came the power to already jump at a high distance. So when she was born with that, she was also born with the geass that came with it. Icarus's Geass. Icarus was a myth boy, who could fly. When he flew too close to the sun, he plummeted into the earth, causing him to die. Ninso started to notice her geass at a young age. It appeared that she obtained the geass from her real birth parents, but no one knew who they really were or how they obtained it.

I have yet to look at your profile, however, unless this is an exceptionally rare circumstance that I'm unaware of, this application for Geass can't really be approved. On this site, one obtains Geass by entering into a contract with one of the on-site immortals.
Being that you just recently registered, I'm making the assumption that you haven't been contacted by any of these code-bearers, and are rather applying for Geass as a part of your character. As far as I'm aware, it doesn't work like that. One needs to have their character approved, and then be approached by an immortal in order to obtain such a power. Therefore, unless you've been granted special permission by another member of staff that I'm not aware of, your character won't be approved so long as she is said to have Geass.

Can't she have Geass and not be immortal? It is possible. Not all Geass users are immortal. So if I change her bio a bit, can she be approved with her Geass?

You misunderstand me. I wasn't saying she needs to be immortal, herself. I was saying that, based on the actual canon of Code Geass, one can only obtain Geass by entering into a contract WITH an immortal. Regardless of what your profile may say, about her being born with her powers, we tend to side with the facts Code Geass presents us with, rather than allowing someone to break canon just so their character can possess Geass.
In short, you CAN have Geass and not be immortal. You cannot have Geass without being granted it BY an immortal.

I see, I changed her bio, so it seemed like the Geass was given to Ninso as a baby by a woman with the power. Hopefully it's better now.

Alright, while I definitely appreciate your effort in working in the conventions of show canon into the character, the problem we have here is both an in universe and an out of universe one. You've fixed the first, but the MAIN reason we do things the way we do them is to make sure the site isn't over saturated with Geass users. In my experience, of all the members that we've had here, we've only had a few Geass users total.
When applying for a character, your character cannot have Geass, of any form. There are certain people who play on this site that are immortals, whose identity is not known to any of the members, save for staff. It's up to these characters to come into contact with members they wish to grant Geass, and do so through that method. I definitely understand you wanting to give your character an interesting Geass, especially since it seems to be integrated into your history quite a bit. However, right now what I'd ask you to do is to focus on making a character that's interesting WITHOUT Geass. That way, if they are ever granted a power, it will make things that much more interesting for the reader. If you need any help at all with the application, thinking up ideas, or would just rather talk about this issue in a more real-time forum, feel free to message me at edward0thegreat on AIM or LegendaryEd on Skype. In addition, you can always PM me.
So, again, to recap: No new characters here at World of C are permitted to have Geass. In order to get Geass, one has to be contacted by a member that is a code-bearer. There is no way around this, and while having a character with Geass may be fun, I think it would be even more fun to come up with a character that'll be interesting to read about WITHOUT having a super-power, of sorts.
Sorry this has been a bit of a tedious explanation. You can check out our rules for more of an in-depth explanation of what's expected.
